Great house!

We really liked the house! I loved the retro feel of the place with cool 1970’s stairs and paintings and furniture but very updated too- comfortable throughout. The pool was as fantastic and unexpected as we booked the house before they updated the listing with its addition. It was so nice! Perfect spot, salt water pool. And closeness to the beach was great. Had to drive to restaurants as it was too hot to walk much- if it had been cooler it would’ve been easy to stroll to either end for shops. Savannah was nice and close. All in all a great spot!

The property was just as described. Essentials were included which were a bonus. Just wish we had been able to stay longer.

Beach Vacation

The property was very clean and well-stocked. It was located two houses from the boardwalk, and the vacation rental company did everything they could to make our stay a great one. This house was one of our favorites! Loved it!

Nice intro to Tybee Island

The house was very nice and apparently has undergone some updating. (I believe the last half of the pictures on VRBO are the more accurate.) My daughter loved having her own area (bed/bath) downstairs and we all had plenty of personal space. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and a short drive to local restaurants etc.. We normally stay where we have a beach view and missed that, but from the top deck you can see a small part of the ocean. There were plenty of cooking utensils and lots of books and games. The only negatives were that there was trash left in the kitchen when we arrived and it caused a slight smell and I did spot a silverfish in one of the drawers. One more negative is that we were unable to rent a golf cart because they are not allowed to cross the four-lane except at lights so there was no way to get it to the house. Overall, we had a great experience in a beautiful home we kind of hated to leave.

We love the property, and the close proximity of the beach.

We had a great time. Even though we didn't see to much of the island due to Covid 19 situation. But we still got to enjoy the beach and great delivered food from the local restaurants.
