A fun family stay

House was very spacious. We appreciated the variety of bed sizes, kids play area with toys, and the proximity to downtown Clear Lake.

Great Location

This is a great location, only 3 block from lake and walking distance to all restaurants and stores; property has everything you need. Property was super clean. We really enjoyed staying here

This place was perfect for our family get together. Very cozy and charming, and had everything we needed! Perfect location for walking to shops, parks and the lake! Would stay here again!

Great House

The house was very clean with plenty of room for 10 of us.Great location to downtown within walking distance to shops, brewery and restaurants. We enjoyed the welcome basket of snacks and host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic central location in Clear Lake

Very well-equipped and comfortable house with a friendly and responsive host. We celebrated the 4th of July holiday here and had plenty of space to host a large family potluck. The house is also a prime location to watch the parade and is walkable to downtown restaurants and bars but still nice and quiet at night. Would definitely book this property again!

Family Christmas in Clear Lake

The decorations for the season were wonderful! We enjoyed hosting family gatherings two evenings in the living space and around the dinner table.

Plenty of room and very comfortable

Check in was too easy, right across the street from local brewery, walked to coffee in the morning. Clean and well kept for an older house. Would love to come rent this house again.

Great place!

The property worked well for us with our three adult children. We had a wedding reception at the Surf so the location was great! Enjoyed a nice walk down Main Ave to the lake, park, and Farmer's Market. No issues with the property! We would stay again!

Great extended family stay

+qqqqqSpent 3 days enjoying this spacious, clean, and well-stocked home. It comfortably held our 8 person family and the location just couldn't be beat. We were able to walk or ride our bikes everywhere. We especially enjoyed the front porch, where we gathered every morning and evening.

Lovely home in Clear Lake

This home is just lovely and the hosts are super responsive. My family enjoyed our stay in this lovely Clear Lake home. It is very close to downtown (3 blocks) and the City Beach is 6 blocks away. The home is well equipped with everything you would need for a family get-a-way at the lake.

Main Street House

A welcome basket greeted us as we entered. The house was clean with spacious bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. The location allowed us to keep the cars parked and walk to downtown, the lake and other locations. The garage was appreciated. Provided a wonderful setting for a family get together.
