Denna vackra enplanshus villa är i den etablerade Lindfields utveckling av Kissimmee, ligger nära Disney. Fastigheten är bedrägligt stor och har ett vardagsrum över 2200 kvm, exklusive garage och poolområdet. Fastigheten har 4 stora sovrum och 2 stora vardagsrum, matplats och separat frukost område med ett eget master badrum och 2 ytterligare badrum. Det finns ett kök och tvättstuga, båda utrustade med högsta standard. Utanför finns en stor uppvärmd sydvästläge pool, stöd till skogsmark naturskyddat område, med pool stolar och solstolar. Perfekt för lata dagar eller koppla av efter en dag på en nöjespark eller shopping. Poolen själv är ca 30ft lång och är 6 ft djup vid den djupa änden. Vi har ägt villan sedan 2000 och har hyrt sedan dess. Rabatter ges för sista minuten-bokningar.

This vacation villa was perfect for my family and I! Everything was clean and the pool was a huge hit! The owners have everything listed out with instructions as soon as you arrive and answer back promptly. We loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!!!

Nice House :)

We really loved our stay at this house. It is very centrally located. The house was large and unfortunately the weather was cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool.The owner/host were easy to communicate with and we loved the information we received from them.

Amazing stay

The house is clean and had all that you could want a pool and utensils to cook with pots and pans and towels. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfy which doesn’t always happen it was a very nice and relaxing stay for all of us thank you so much for the great hospitality!

Amazing House

This house was amazing and was perfect for our family. Having 3 full bathrooms was so convenient for all the kids. The pool was great and the kids loved it. The house was in a very quiet subdivision and we always felt safe. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing family vacation

We enjoyed every minute of this vacation, from the initial rental, to communication, to check in and check out. I would 100% come back to this perfect little Villa! Hosts were amazing with communication and any concerns we had. Highly recommended!

July 24 stay

We had a lovely stay at the villa which was well located for all the day trips we made and the villa was very spacious and comfortable. We particularly like the privacy of the pool area. The air con stopped working one night due to a faulty capacitor but the local agents got it fixed the next day. We would recommend the villa for a fun family holiday.the privacy

Great Location & lovely house

We have stayed many times in this general area and really liked this location a lot. It's a quiet neighbourhood and easy to get to shopping, Disney World etc. Josephine was very responsive and helpful. The house is well maintained and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated having both a family room and living room. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would happily book it again.

Great stay!

We came down for my son’s engagement at DisneyWorld. The house was exactly as described and close to good/shopping. We loved the private pool and the house had a lot of space. House is close to the parks as well. Jo was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond with the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Orlando.

Close proximity to the Disney Parks. Comfortable house with plenty of room. Only issue I experienced was a live snake in the garage (I have a severe snake phobia).

Great House for Disney & Universal

We stayed in the house for a week while we visited Universal and Disney. This house is within 10 minutes of the Disney parks and a good distance to universal as well. This house is an excellent value for the price. It’s very spacious. It is very peaceful with a lovely outdoor pool, and it backs to a wooded area.

A Nice Stay

Although a bit dated, this villa was roomy, comfy and had all of the amenities listed. It was clean and we didn't see a single bug indoors. Nice pool area. Close to Disney and quick if you take the back road and not on HWY 192. It would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. The owners generously accommodated a special request. A great value for the money. Thanks!

Its dated but works

Loved how close it was to all the parks. The 3rd bedroom was very nice to have. The house is dated, beds weren’t very comfortable and the fitted sheets were always coming off the mattress in the master. I also didn’t realize until the day before check in that each bathroom got one roll of TP, so you will have to go to the store and buy some things if you stay longer than a few days.

Large home, nice pool and tons of supplies.

Arrived on a saturday evening and stayed for 6 nights. The house was huge! It had 2 living rooms for a larger families, a screened pool area, BBQ, tons of pots, pans, dishes. Only thing we needed to buy was groceries, soap and some extra toilet tissue. The house needs a little updating but is VERY well stocked as if someone lives there full time. It is tucked away from main busy roads and close to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and about 20 minutes to most theme parks Due to us arriving on later on Saturday the maintenence office was closed until Monday. The only issue being the pool heat wasnt turned on before arrival ( which we paid extra for) Tuesday was still 62° in the pool. Then a maintence man came by and fixed it up. Sadly we still didnt have a warm pool until the day before we left but it was handled when they had time to stop by. Only complaint its the comfort of the mattresses was not great. I would invest in some better ones especially in the main suite and larger beds. Overall a great stay 10/10 would come back next time.
