Denna vackra 350m2 4 sovrum / bondgård ligger i sin egen 5 000m2 botaniska trädgård med privat uppvärmd pool i hjärtat av Orotava-dalen är en av de mest spektakulära egenskaperna på ön. Utsikten över gräsmattor och Palm Grove till Mount Teide och havet är superb. Villan är helt avskild. Njut av lyxen att inte ha grannar. Det finns fiberoptisk wifi internetuppkoppling och satellit-TV. Villan har allt som behövs för en underbar semester, inklusive ett mycket populärt fullt utrustat utekök med egen terrass där du kan bbq med utsikt över poolen. Villan ligger i en unik lantlig miljö omgiven av plantager och ändå bara 5 minuter från Puerto de la Cruz och La Orotava. Idealiskt beläget såväl för sightseeing. Det finns många historiskt intressanta byar att besöka i närheten som Garachico, Icod och La Laguna.

Probably best rental I've ever had

Wonderful property. Huge, beautifully decorated (with antiques and oil paintings). Bedrooms separated from living areas. Manicured tropical garden with aviary. Swimming pool well sheltered from wind and delightful outdoor kitchen.

Three weeks in February

We loved the house and gardens in this little oasis not far from La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz. Everything was very today and clean. A special thanks to the owners Desmond and Tere who live nearby.

Beautiful house !

We loved the living room and the splendid garden. This rental is really great! However we can mention a few points that may be improved. It is worth noting that this was a winter stay and that this certainly influences our opinion.One room has no heater. Two mobile heaters are available, so we used one for the room. But this left the kitchen and dinner room with only one heater, which was not powerful enough. The fixed heaters in the sleeping rooms are not very powerful, and they have no temperature regulation. The best room is the living room, which gets sun all day.The swimming pool is heated but hardly went above 24 degrees. We were told that it would be 26 degrees, and I am sure that this was the intention, as the heater was working all day. I cannot complain.The Environment is globally calm, but yes at some occasions we had traffic noise and a dog barking.A few small things : we could use some more water glasses. Light-stopping curtains would be great in the rooms. We would have preferred a second double bed.We realize that most of our comments are linked to winter, but on the other hand it is not easy to accept that your holiday house is colder than your home in the north Definitely a great place to stay !

The photos do not do this beautifull finca justice its much larger and more impressive. The garden and pool were our highlight the kids loved it. Fabulous views of Teide and the Orotava valley. Traumhaft

Ein wirklich traumhaftes Anwesen, super gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Top gepflegte Garten ähnelt schon fast einem Park. Man benötigt ein Auto, da fußläufig nicht so viel zu erreichen ist. Ein gutes Restaurant ist ca.1 km entfernt, hat allerdings nur begrenzte Öffnungszeiten. Die Anfahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, schmaler Weg (eine Autobreite) der ca. 700 m leicht Bergab geht und Nachts nicht beleuchtet ist. Trotz allem ein Traum !!!!

Wonderful Place!

Very large property, well equipped and extremely private (if not a little difficult to find :)) The highlight for us was the BBQ area and pool, set against a stunning view of the volcano...wow. The place was pretty much as others have described and true to the description and photos on line. We had a fantastic week, highly recommended. Location wise its pretty remote and we struggled for local restaurants etc. PS - La Orotava is overpriced so I would look elsewhere for a night out. So I would say that for a relaxing break with a few trips out (hire car essential) this is a great spot. For those looking for more lively evenings, maybe look South. Santa Cruz is a good spot for local seafood and Tapas etc...Puertro de La Cruz is OK, standard seaside town, the beaches looked nice but were sadly closed when we visited. Theres a decent local eatery listed in the book at the house called the Monastry. Yes, all good, and thanks to Desmond for excellent comms. I will return here for sure!

Stunning home and gardens

The villa and gardens are absolutely stunning and we had a fabulous stay here. However, some things to note if you're thinking of booking - (1) a car is essential; (2) the villa has no fans or air conditioning and it does get hot at night; (3) the gardeners (who are discreet) attended on Mon, Weds and Fri morning; and (4) we were disturbed early morning and late at night by, variously, construction noise, traffic, dogs barking, people shouting nearby, etc. Having said all that, words cannot explain how utterly lovely the gardens are, during the day it was so calm and so peaceful. It's probably the most beautiful place we've ever stayed.

Casa acogedora

La casa es acogedora, está bien ubicada y un jardín muy bien cuidado, puntos a mejorar sería la luz de la piscina q no funciona, luces exteriores fundidas o desconectadas, y la televisión tampoco funcionaba. El camino hasta llegar a la propiedad en muy mal estado .

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Es war (ist) wirklich ein traumhaft schönes Anwesen mit sehr vielen Eindrücken. Du siehst den Teide auf der einen Seite und auf der anderen Seite das Meer. Der Pool und das Haus sind super sauber und laden ein einfach mal nur abzuschalten. Würde wenn ich nach Teneriffa wieder komme unbedingt dieses Anwesen wieder buchen.

Perfect family getaway

A beautiful property perfect for our family getaway. Very spacious and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. A very peaceful location only a few minutes drive from supermarkets and local towns. A great base to explore the north of the island. We'd love to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
