Unsere Aufenthalt war wie immer sehr schön. Wir waren schon zum 3 mal in Ana ihren Ferienhaus und es war wieder alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Pool hatte eine gute Temperatur was nach dem Atlantik sehr angenehm war. Ich kann das Haus nur positiv weiterempfehlen. Mfg A.K.

Drei Generationen gleichzeitig!

Die Villa bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 8 Personen. Sowohl KĂŒche also auch Wohn und Esszimmer sind hierfĂŒr gut ausgestattet. Der beheizte Pool gibt einem die Möglichkeit, auch bei manchmal bewölktem Wetter, abzuschalten. Internet und Fernsehen inkl Netflix und Disney waren gut verfĂŒgbar! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar.

Lovely place to stay with excellent ameneties, nice views and a decent pool.

This was a great place to stay and the location was very peaceful on the hillside but not experiencing any of the noise of the main roads. There were nice views particularly of the mountain, the pool was great and the bbq worked well. There was plenty of space inside and the tv setup was a nice touch. Very convenient with the parking space available right by the house. The kitchen equipment was quite basic and probably the only thing lacking but we were able to get by as mainly used the bbq in any case.

La casa es fabulosa. Es tan agradable que compensa el hecho de estar retirada del centro y zonas de ocio del Puerto. Se echa de menos un contacto mas cercano o personal. En todo caso, si podemos, repetimos!

Wir waren zu sechst fĂŒr 1 Woche im Januar in diesem wunderschönen Haus, das wichtigste fĂŒr uns, 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer, alle mit einem eigenen Bad, dazu eine komplett eingerichtete KĂŒche mit GeschirrspĂŒler, Waschmaschine und großem KĂŒhl- Gefrierschrank, wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Der geheizte Pool war sauber und eine ideale ErgĂ€nzung, der Grill wurde 3 mal benutzt, alles da was das Herz begehrt, dazu in Ana B. Reid eine jederzeit erreichbare Vermieterin die alle Anliegen sehr zeitnah beantwortet hat. Die Lage des Hauses, ruhig, zu Fuß ist man in ca. 25-30 Minuten in Puerto, RĂŒckweg jedoch mit Taxi (ca. 7 €) Preis- LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis fĂŒr das Haus ist absolut angemessen. vielen Dank Ana, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. viele GrĂŒĂŸe von Joachim und Roswitha

Super Villa fĂŒr Urlaub mit Familie

Das Haus ist perfekt fĂŒr Ă€ltere Leute und Urlaub zu mehreren. Es fehlten nur Schutzlacken bei den Matratzen. Manchmal „stinkte“ ein bisschen die Evakuation beim Schwimmpool. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen. Ich wĂŒrde das Haus nochmals mieten. Mit freundlichen GrĂŒĂŸen Jocelyne Vignais

Lovely week in Puerto de La Cruz

Lovely Villa accurately described in the property description. Pool was much used and a good temperature with a supply of pool towels. Plenty of outside seating to enjoy the large pool patio and have an evening bbq. Communications with Ana was excellent. Check in and out process simple. Would recommend and return. Thank you

Schönes einfaches Objekt fĂŒr Familien

Ein schönes einfaches preiswertes Objekt, dass aber in zentraler Lage von Puerto de la Cruz liegt. Man kann von dort aus wunderbar zu Fuß alles erkunden. Uns viel erst im Objekt vor Ort die fehlenden Klimaanlagen auf - jedoch hĂ€tten wir sie gar nicht benötigt, da sich die Wolken ab der Seite stauen und man hĂ€ufiger bedeckten Himmel und somit niedrigere Temperaturen hat. FĂŒr uns war das Haus in Anbetracht des Preises echt toll. Der Pool ist ĂŒbrigens sogar beheizt!

Great break with the family

We had a great break with the family and Ana was always on hand to help when we had problems. Puerto de la Cruz is a lovely town with lots to do, although do expect quite a walk to get there from the Villa. Everything was as expected and more. My only comment would be it would be great if Ana could update instructions on how to get there as the wall is no longer grey so we spent a little time searching :) Would stay again.

Ein wunderbares Haus.

Wir waren (3Paare) im September fĂŒr 2 Wochen in der Villa. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer geeigneten, schönen Lage mit Blick auf den Teide und das Meer. Bemerkenswert ist dass jedes der Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, eine großzĂŒgige KĂŒche und ein geeigneter Wohnraum bietet das Haus. Ein schöner Außenbereich mit Pool , genĂŒgend Sonnenliegen und BadetĂŒchern lĂ€dt zum verweilen ein. Den gemauerten Grill haben wir mehrmals benutzt, er hat einwandfrei funktioniert und genĂŒgend Grillbesteck war auch vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Milagros, hat nach einer Woche BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher gewechselt und sauber gemacht. Der Pool wurde auch wöchentlich gereinigt. Ana die Vermieterin war jederzeit ĂŒber E-Mail oder WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Zentrum und den Strand kann man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Top Location und super Service

Die Villa ist ideal fĂŒr 3-6 Erwachsene geeignet und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist großartig und der Weg ins Zentrum in ca. 20 min zu bewerkstelligen. Ich kann dieses Feriendomizil sehr empfehlen.

Great stay in a great property

We loved our stay at Ana’s property. No steps no stairs in the whole property very convenient for little children. Rooms are big and all of them with their own bathroom. We where four people and we did not have to use all the rooms. The pool is great and it is at great temperature. Calm neighborhood but you need a car to move around (we hired one and it was cheap) Property has all the amenities in the kitchen to enjoy your stay but if you need anything else just ask Ana and she will help you. For sure I will check this property in the future. Great to go with family or friends.

GroßzĂŒgige Villa in Puerto de la Cruz

Wir haben die Villa fĂŒr einen 10-tĂ€gigen Familienurlaub gebucht. Leider mussten wir nach dem ersten Abend die restliche Zeit aufgrund der Ausgangssperre im Rahmen der Corona-Krise im Haus verbringen und konnten so Teneriffa nicht weiter erkunden. Das Haus erwies sich aber als GlĂŒcksgriff, da die RĂ€ume sehr großzĂŒgig sind und die drei Schlafzimmer ĂŒber ein eigenes Bad verfĂŒgen. Der Wohnbereich ist ebenfalls groß bemessen. Wir haben fast jeden Tag den beheizten Pool genutzt. Abends haben wir uns immer frischen Fisch und MeeresfrĂŒche, die es reichhaltig im nahegelegenen Supermarkt gibt, auf dem Grill zubereitet. An manchen Tagen hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf den Teide, wenn sich die Wolken verzogen haben. Im Haus gab es auch einen Netflix-Zugang. Diesen haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt, da wir die Zeit lieber mit Gesellschaftsspielen verbracht haben. Mitte der Woche bekamen wir neue BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher und der Pool wurde auch gereinigt. Ana hat sich sehr bemĂŒht uns den Aufenthalt in dieser schwierigen Zeit so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und wir standen in regelmĂ€ĂŸigem Kontakt ĂŒber E-Mail und WhatsApp. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful stay. Excellent property manager

Lovely Villa in a good location of Puerto de la Cruz. We had a car and nearly all of the attractions we visited were within 10 KM . My mum uses a walker/wheelchair and the villa was very easy for her to manouver in. There was a walk in shower but there was not a small plastic lawn chair or stool that would have enabled mum to use it. However she managed just fine with the hand held shower in her bathroom. The cleaning staff were excellent as was the person who came to clean the pool. They were all very friendly. We have travelled a lot and have never had such a wonderful property manager. From the beginning, Anna was helpful in helping me to find a property suitable to our needs. On arrival, we had a tiny issue with getting into the lockbox for the keys. Her mum, Dorothy came over and helped us out. During our stay Anna was extremely caring and helpful making sure we had carnival information, taxi information and patiently answered all of my questions. She gave us information and assurances during the big sand storm, and nearby fires. Anna was truly a delight. If we return to Tenerife, I would certainly check her property listings. The only major issue is with Home Aways policies in connections with fees. I found their listing to be deceptive. It gave the price for the two weeks as one price for the 5 people I booked. When I went to pay, I was charged for an extra person. This was not made clear prior to this point and has nothing to do with Anna. This Villa is advertised as being for 9 people. How much extra would be charged for people 6,7,8, and 9??? We have travelled in Europe for the last 6 years and have never had this occur before. Home Away, please be upfront with your prices. Despite this annoyance, we loved our stay and Anna's caring and helpfulness.

UNE VILLA DE GRANDE QUALITE

TrÚs belle villa située dans un quartier calme sur les hauteurs a proximité des super marches LIDL/ HIPER DYNO et de l'autoroute ( 1 km).Idéal pour 6 adultes et 2 enfants logés dans une mini- chambre avec deux lits superposés,les trois autres chambres étant parfaites avec leur salle de bain douche et W.C.L'équipement de la cuisine est bien pensé et complet ,il ne manque pratiquement rien sauf un couteau d'office...La piscine est petite mais trÚs agréable et chauffée ,(en novembre c'est indispensable)La cour est bien isolée de la rue peu passante. La proprietaire ,que nous n'avons pas vue, gÚre professionnellemnt tous les détails et est à l'écoute si besoin .

Perfekter Ort fĂŒr einen Urlaub auf Teneriffa

Das Haus von Ana ist wirklich toll. Wir waren zu viert und haben 12 Tage dort verbracht. Der Pool ist natĂŒrlich ein Highlight. Da dieser beheizt ist hĂ€tte man immer die Möglichkeit sich zu erfrischen. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, man erreicht mit die KĂŒste und die Stadt innerhalb von 8 Minuten mit Auto. Selbst bei diversen „Problemen“ waren Ana sowie die HaushĂ€lterin immer ansprechbar und haben sich sofort gekĂŒmmert. Das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung. My name is Ana B. Reid and I am the owner of VillaTenerife. Despite my second English surname (we use our two surnames and we keep our single name), I am Spanish and as a local I give my clients all the necesary information to enjoy the area, but also some that cannot be find on the tourist guides: hidden beaches, local simple restaurants, concerts, walking routes, ect. We will give you a warm welcome to our house!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

After 12 years managing other people villas in Tenerife, I decided to buy a house and desing a holiday villa, based on what I have learn all these years about my clients preferences, which are: being on a quiet place but not isolated; having privacy, access to a couple of restaurants and shops walking distance, wide band internet, Sat TV, en-suite bathrooms, private pool, barbacue, quality beds,ect.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The best point of this house is its situation, as to find a private villa with pool inside Puerto de la Cruz is very hard to find, most of them are situated on the surroundings where a car is essential. If you stay on our house you can walk down to Puerto in 14 minutes or you take a bus from the bus stop 90 metres from the house (every 25 minutes there is one). Bus service here is cheap and puntual. The house is situated on one of the most exclusive residential areas of Puerto. Only private villas there, owned by forgein residents or Spanish doctors, hotel managers, ect. The views to Teide are the best in the valley, as you can see all the mountains range from the sea to the highest part of the Orotava valley. Having a HEATED pool (24ÂșC) is also a big advantage, as heated pools are rare fo find. Please ask me all your questions, we are here to help you.
