Helt återställd Rainbow River hem ligger direkt vid floden med privata ön. Home är mycket stor med en modern öppen planlösning. Separat master vinge har stor duschkabin, separat två personer jacuzzi med stor garderob. Det andra badrummet har också en två personer jacuzzi med ett regn huvud. Köket har bänkskivor i granit, dubbel ugn, platt stovetop och en bardisk, har en åtta sits bord för stora sammankomster matsalen. Det finns en nedsänkt eldstad område för att läsa eller njuta av tyst tid och ett biljardbord för underhållning. WiFi i hela hemmet och skålen nätverk med varje film kanal tillgänglig w / fyra platt-TV. Hem kommer bekvämt sova 20-30.

Great location, house had everything we needed. Loved that the kayaks and paddle boards were available to use. Owner was very responsive if needed. Would stay again.

Family Reunion

We all had a wonderful active vacation . There was so much to do on the river . My four grandchildren enjoyed the rope swing , and fishing on the island , we all enjoyed the paddle boarding , tubing , snorkeling and kayaking . The house was great , with enough room for the ten of us. We will return.

Easter Weekend 4 nights

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. We loved the large table to eat and play games. We thought about all the stores the table could tell about all the friends and family gatherings. We loved using the paddle boards even though we brought our own boat. They were fun to use. One Thing as a suggestion : The cushions on the outside couch and love seat and chair could be replaced.

Best Rainbow River rental!

We were very pleased with all aspects of this rental. Host was pleasant and communicative, house was well maintained, updated, clean, well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping and bathing available for large parties, and the river location was superb! We will stay here every trip we take to the rainbow!

Annual Summer Trip

This is our second time staying at this property and it has become the favorite vacation house for everyone!!! The location is perfect and the house is beautiful!!! The kids absolutely LOVE the rope swing, access to the river, and the pool table!!! We plan on staying here every summer!! Amber is awesome and easily accessible.

90th Birthday Celebration

Loved our stay celebrating my Dad’s 90th birthday. Wonderful view of the river and enjoyed all the outdoor activities- kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. Amber was great and prompt with communication.

Perfect Location and house for Rainbow River Stay

The house was exactly as advertised. We all were comfortable and had plenty of space. We used all the river toys, floats, paddle boards, and kayaks, and then came back and cooked meals, played pool and indoor games. We had questions about the river and the owner promptly texted back within minuntes. This was great for our group of adults and would have been wonderful if we had kids along. The best recommendation, is that we are all checking our calenders and planning for another trip. The friends that could not make it are all jealous of the fun we had.

Thank you to Amber! Our favorite place on the Rainbow!

This was our favorite property we have stayed at on the Rainbow River ( out of 4 different places we have stayed). There were 6 adults, 2 children age 4 and 2 children under 2. We plan to return here for our annual trip. Pros: - Very spacious and open which allowed us to communicate to each other from any point within the house. - plenty of room for 3 couples and their kids, could have comfortable fit at least 1 more couple and a few more kids. - the kids loved the private island and the small stream to play in and the rope swing - Canoe access was great and allowed us to paddle around close by - Amber was great and communicating with us through the entire process Cons: - the double oven was broken during our entire stay, and unfortunately could not make food that we had brought with us. This was a major bummer because we had to throw away a bunch of food. - somewhat difficult to tie off the boat we rented, we found the best place was on the north end of the private island near the rope swing - There is no railing on one side leading up to the loft, so we had to keep a close eye on the kids climbing up and down the steps. Overall, this was the cleanest, most spacious and best property we have stayed at in the Dunnellon/ Rainbow River area.

Perfect location / not perfect living conditions

The best location on the springs. We had the most perfect swimming hole, right next to the tubing. The area was beautiful and our group had a wonderful time in the springs. As far as the house was concerned, I will start with a positive. We loved the dining table with the center lazy susan. We were all quite disappointed with the rest of the house. It wasn’t very clean and the house needs maintenance and updating. Most of the pots and pans were put away dirty so we had to scrub them all. The oven and fridges had old food drips in it. The cabinets were in disarray. The pool table was unusable with the felt coming off (we tried to brush the dirt off it) and no tips on the pool sticks. Everything was worn out and un-maintained. Cushions were dirty. Shower head sprayed in all directions, towels were musty smelling, the decor looked like it was from a yard sale. Overall, just uncomfortable. The worst part is that the house has german cockroaches living in the kitchen. We would open a cabinet and they would scatter. One of our friends with us owns an exterminating company, so he was knowledgeable of the issue. Some of us wanted to leave after seeing that, but we decided to spend most of out time outside and just stick it out. All of us that stayed are business owners and we are happy to pay for clean, comfortable decent spaces, but we never expected such an unkept environment. As guests, we are being truthful of our experience.

We absolutely loved the house! There was plenty of room for our family. We liked that the water was steps away from the back door. During our trip the water level off the back deck was about waist high. We were able to hang in the water and enjoy each other and the surroundings. My son loved paddle board around the private island. All and all, we had an amazing time.

This property was such a great place to stay with kids! The living area was spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone. There were plenty of bedrooms, clean and newly remodeled bathrooms, a large, well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful view of the river.The outdoor seating was awesome, with numerous seating areas and great view of the river. The Rainbow river did not disappoint. The water is crystal clear and delightfully cool. We saw otters, gators, turtles and numerous water birds. The kayaks and paddleboards provided by the owners were very convenient!The house is perfect for large family gatherings and the owners were very helpful with quick communication and great tips for enjoying the area.

Love visiting this area of Florida, and Rainbow River is absolutley beautiful. This property is the perfect place to stay and enjoy your surroundings. I purchased this home in 2011 after falling in love with the Rainbow River, the crystal clear spring fed water took my breath away. The land that this home sits on is truly priceless and I am excited for you to experience the wonder of this magical place.

Years ago as a child I visited the Ichetucknee River in northern Florida and I promised myself that one day, if I ever found a place that beautiful again, I would buy it and build my dream home. Thankfully I found it and now I would like to share it with you.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The land this home sits on is truly unique. Almost every home on the Rainbow River is directly on the main flowing river where there is constant tuber traffic and noise. My house is set off the river in a crystal clear lagoon (not Blue Cove) with a private clear large stream that runs through it. Plenty deep for swimming but smaller children love it because they can stand and enjoy in the fun. You can see the tubers floating by and you can reach the river by swimming to it in less than two minutes. You will love the privacy of your own oasis. This home is a must see!
