Detta är en miljon dollar, nyligen omdesignad fastighet med en av de bästa utsikterna i hela Crystal River. Ligger på en halvö precis vid huvudfloden, över 180 graders utsikt uppför floden ända ner till King's Bay!

Detta hus har 3 fulla sovrum / badrum och en våningssäng rum perfekt för barn och familjer. Ett komplett kök och vardagsrum på andra våningen och ett spelrum på bottenvåningen gör det till ett perfekt hem för flera familjer och barn. En brygga kan hålla din båt tillsammans med kajakerna som följer med huset.

This Crystal River home was ideally located on the river, with great access to the gulf for scalloping and everything the river has to offer (springs, restaurants and fuel docks).We had three families staying with us. The house had plenty of room for everyone and great views of the river.None of my feedback would stop us from renting again, but like a few other reviews have mentioned, the owners should consider doing a walk through of the house occasionally to ensure there are adequate kitchen necessities (sharp knives, cutting boards, large pots, hot pads). Also, for those renters that see the blackstone in the picture, it’s not the same one at the house - it only has 2 burners and a requires significant cleaning (we chose to use the gas grill instead). Also, for those sleeping in the master, there are no blinds so you can enjoy the sunrise .For boaters, bring plenty of fenders. The dock is on the main river and you will encounter boat wake. The dock only has some pool noodles attached to the pillars. Also, as another note, the hose for wash down only reaches about half way down the dock.As I mentioned, none of the feedback would prevent us from renting again, just being provided as opportunities for improvement.

Such an awesome place!

Incredible house on the water! Beautiful sunrises! Lovely palm trees on the opposite banks of the river! Dolphins playing in the morning. And the owner is very communicative. Love this place!

Crystal River Getaway

Overall, we had a nice time. It was very clean and a great location. There were some minor things that needed to addressed and they were. They do need new pots and pans but we made due The view was phenomenal and the pool was a lot of fun.

Perfect location

This house offered plenty of room to bring a few friends . The location was great , and the windows in the back offer a beautiful view . Docking your boat was very easy , just need to make sure you bring plenty of bumpers . If I had to complain about one thing , it would be there were very few pool towels for a house this size . We enjoyed our stay .

Scallop Trip

Our group of family and friends had an amazing scallop vacation. The house was located perfectly on Crystal River and it was easy to get out to the scalloping grounds as well as the springs. Can't wait to do it again next year!

Great location

Enjoyed the morning sunrises, pool, and fire pit. Our 19 year old son and his friends enjoyed the downstairs, while we were able to enjoy the upstairs. Cooked a lot on the Blackstone grill. Really recommend this property.

Scalloping, kayaking and just relaxing in and out of pool. A gas grill would be a great addition. The master bath sink drips.

Perfect Getaway

We chose this property as an after-Christmas vacation for the entire family. The house could not have been better! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for us to spread out—adults upstairs, kids downstairs. The location was perfect! Right on the river, and close enough to town that anywhere you wanted to go was 10-15 minutes away. We will definitely go back!

Round up the family and get away

Great house with fantastic views. Should have had more towels and the kitchen was not well equipped. The adirondack chairs around the pool and on the lawn were very uncomfortable and for the cost of the rental should have been 1st class.

GREAT LOCATION ON THE RIVER

Our family stayed over 4th of July weekend, great locaton for watching fireworks. Easy access to Gulf for scalloping. Dock was adequate for our 24ft boat. A few things to consider: Pool was not usable since the water was too warm. A chiller would be great in this small pool. Not enough bath towels to go around and oven display is broken so no idea what temp we cooked at! Downstairs refrigerator was broken. Did see a bunch of cookies smashed between the couch cusions that apparently was missed by the cleaning crew. But overall the cleanliness was very good. Definitely recommend this property. Lots of room for large family to spread out.

Getaway

Due to Covid we did not leave the property all weekend. It was well stocked with games, paddle board, kayaks and a boat dock for fishing. The kitchen was not as well stocked with pots and pans but over all it was ok.

Perfection

There is no better home in Crystal River for us to rent then this one! We went over with three different families. The kids had a ball Downstairs in the entertainment room and living space with bunkbeds.And the adults spent the time in the kitchen meeting space. Great access to the scalloping grounds Or great for just a weekend away on the water.

Great for 3 generations

What's 10 people, ages 3 to 73 called? Extremely happy that they booked this lovely home for an early 50th anniversay family trip! The house was spacious and comfortable; great communication with the owners. The location couldn't be better for restaurants and sight-seeing. Manatees and dolphins right off the pier, bald eagles nesting nearby, cormorants, pelicans, herons, egrets.....nature all around. If you visit the area please book a manatee swim. It'll change your life. 💕 We will definitely visit again.

The view! There aren't many houses on the river with such great views of the river. The house is perfect because it's wide open giving us plenty of room for our large family. It's a place where one can truly get away.
