Centralt beläget 2 sovrum hem med bifogad garage. Bara några minuter från downtown och Drake University med enkel tillgång till Hwy 235. Denna nyligen ombyggda bungalow har en king size-säng, två enkelsängar och en drottning bäddsoffa. Den nedre våningen sovrummet har en queen size-säng, och en mycket bekväm soffa. Protokoll från shopping och bra restauranger. Semester kommer att kräva en 2 natt minimum (Thanksgiving, jul, nyår, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4 juli). Hem ligger i ett mycket lugnt och lugnt område. Great place in central location

Very clean nice home with all needed amenities. There were three of us there for three nights. Comfortable and nicely appointed. Met our needs perfectly. And nice to have a garage to use--keep the car a bit warmer and didn't need to scrap off the snow.

Cozy, Clean, and Convenient

Great home

This property was very well kept. While being a small house it's still offered plenty of sleeping room tw0 living areas to take advantage of and a kitchen with everything you might need. The host communicated throughout our stay to make sure everything was OK. I will stay again!

I like having a drip coffee maker! I bring my own coffee, and I don’t like the Kerig type that people are going to. The place was clean and neat.

What a great find!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property in July, and it was perfect! There were 5 adults and 1 infant. With 2 bedrooms and a bath on the main level and a separate bedroom, bath, and living room downstairs it was the perfect fit for us. The house is located in a very quiet residential area and close to just about everything. The host was great, and the communication was so prompt and thorough. Very convenient, we would totally stay here again.

A Lovely Place

A three bedroom, two bath, cozy cottage in a fine neighborhood in the middle of the Des Moines metro. Has everything. A rate it a 5 star accommodation, and the owner deserves 6 stars.

Great location, great space for 3 of us

Perfect size for our family group. We each had our own sleeping space and 2 great common rooms to come together. More inexpensive than most hotels in the area, except more homey, quieter, more private and easier to sleep in a quiet residential neighborhood. We would recommend it.
