Centralt beläget 2 sovrum hem med bifogad garage. Bara några minuter från downtown och Drake University med enkel tillgång till Hwy 235. Denna nyligen ombyggda bungalow har en king size-säng, två enkelsängar och en drottning bäddsoffa. Den nedre våningen sovrummet har en queen size-säng, och en mycket bekväm soffa. Protokoll från shopping och bra restauranger. Semester kommer att kräva en 2 natt minimum (Thanksgiving, jul, nyår, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4 juli). Hem ligger i ett mycket lugnt och lugnt område. A Lovely Place

A three bedroom, two bath, cozy cottage in a fine neighborhood in the middle of the Des Moines metro. Has everything. A rate it a 5 star accommodation, and the owner deserves 6 stars.

Good coffee

I like having a drip coffee maker! I bring my own coffee, and I don’t like the Kerig type that people are going to. The place was clean and neat.

Thank you Jodi for a wonderful stay on our way to Yellowstone National Park. After a long day of driving your home was a peaceful haven. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves and have a nice comfortable nigjts rest.

What a great find!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property in July, and it was perfect! There were 5 adults and 1 infant. With 2 bedrooms and a bath on the main level and a separate bedroom, bath, and living room downstairs it was the perfect fit for us. The house is located in a very quiet residential area and close to just about everything. The host was great, and the communication was so prompt and thorough. Very convenient, we would totally stay here again.

Worked Great

My 3 kids and I stayed for our annual "Adventureland Week". The house worked great for what we needed--we didn't use the basement, but it was set up nicely to give a slightly private living area if staying with more people.

Met all expectations!!!

This was a great location and peaceful neighborhood! We had every thing we needed for our 5 day stay. Landowner was very nice and had we needed anything I have no doubt she would have taken care of it. Beds were super comfy, so much so we need to figure out what brand so we can purchase one! I give this listing a 10/10!

Great place for the money

This is a cute little house that has been renovated very nicely. Everything worked out well for our group. Things could have been cleaner in the basement as it appeared that the floors had not been vacuumed and sheets not changed. The main floor was great though!

Impressive little house

Jodi did amazing job communicating with us. Even included a snow shower to add to the memories. House was clean and very easy to find utensils to cook our dinner. Only two possible improvements are requested for next time: add a stool or bench in the downstairs shower and maybe some additional throw pillows for the upstairs couch
