Cleoâs Place â A Fishermanâs Paradise on the South Holston River
Welcome to Cleoâs Place, a beautifully updated cottage perched above the legendary South Holston River in Bristol Tennesseeâone of the top-rated fly fishing destinations in the United States. Whether you're an avid angler, planning a peaceful family retreat, or seeking a romantic riverside escape, Cleoâs Place offers a perfect blend of charm, comfort, and nature.
Step inside to find cozy, thoughtfully designed interiors that combine rustic charm with modern amenities. Wake up to serene river views and spend your evenings unwinding on the spacious back porchâan inviting space you may never want to leave.
Cleo's Place offers 2 comfortable bedrooms with 3 beds, it sleeps up to 4. There is a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and another shared 1/2 bath. Starter Soap and Shampoos are provided. You will find a Coffee Bar in the kitchen that includes Ground Coffee, K-Cups, assorted Sweeteners and Creamers and To-Go Cups.
Just steps from your door, enjoy world-class fly fishing year round in crystal-clear waters, or simply relax and take in the stunning natural beauty of the Tennessee landscape. Cleoâs Place isnât just a stayâitâs an experience youâll want to return to again and again.
Pet allowed up to 75 lb Dog with $150 non-refundable pet fee. No fenced in yard but plenty of grassy areas to take out on leash. Cleo's Place Pad #4 is the only Pad we are able to allow pets.
Note: There are steps to enter into home thru the front door. Once inside all one level. Also, steps off/onto the Deck. Basement is not part of the Rental.
Fishing along South Holston River in front of Pad 1 and Pad 2 is restricted with no fishing allowed per TVA due to the spawning season between November 1 - February 1. Fishing on other parts of the South Holson River including Pad 4 and Pad 5 is allowed year round.
