Great location

Great location, quiet road and only minutes away from stores and restaurants. The place could be cleaned better, the bottoms of our feet were black, pool was never clean as the filter didn’t seem to be working. Hot tub was always cold or burning hot, never a great temperature. Kitchen is well stocked.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice accommodations; good for a family or small group of friends. Dock Review

We did enjoy our stay, however, we did have a few issues: We found 4 cockroaches in the house, the front door had a small gap at the top of the door which we plugged up with paper towels, the master sink on the right side had no cold water and there was a small leak on the left sink. Also, I thought the pictures were a little deceiving.

This is a great place to stay in Cape Coral. The house is private, quiet and clean, and it’s located close to Fort Myers in a nice area with a lot to do.

Great break from the cold of the Midwest!

We came down for Christmas to celebrate my moms 60th birthday and spend Christmas in the warm weather! The pool and hot tub were just what we needed! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic vacation home

We loved our time here! Clean house, great pool with a nice view of the canal. Very quiet neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture! Hope to stay again in the future!

Lovely home and pool

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was central to places we wanted to visit. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped and a grill on the patio. Everything was as described. We were happy with this property and would stay there again.

Beautiful home. Caroline was very attentive to our needs and was right on top of things . Beautiful location, super quiet. Early mornings in the hottub before the world wakes up is so worth it. Would definitely stay here again

Perfection!

This property was spacious, beautiful inside and out. Enjoyed the pink sky in the morning with every sunrise and the shower drive to the beach to catch the sunrise. House has everything needed for a comfortable stay from towels to a well equipped kitchen not mention bikes, beach chairs and beach towels. Loved this place would stay there again!

Princess Praises

Loved the home, pool, and hot tub. Excellent decor, comfortable beds, great layout. Could have provided toilet paper, garbage bags, propane for grill, and paper towels. We bought a crockpot and left it for future guests. I would recommend this home to everyone as a great family getaway.

Stay was ok

After 4 days of a hot tub that was 'warm' and washer that sounded like a train coming thru the house, the issues were finally fixed. Cleanliness was ok. But walking through the house from the 1st day on in barefeet, the bottom of my feet were so dirty/black, as was everyone elses. Weve rented houses in Ft Myers for over 10 years and never had that. So I would say it was an 'ok' stay.

Nice property, Quiet and Relaxing

Very nice property, a bIt out of the way. Most restaurants, bars and things to do in downtown Cape Coral are about 20 minutes away. This house is laid out great, master on one side of the house with the other two bedrooms on the opposite side. Very large lanai with a great view of the canal, pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time outside, very quiet and peaceful!! Loved watching the boats go bye.

Very nice home just as described

This house is equipped with anything you need. All kitchen utensils, towels, extra blankets, anything you need including soaps Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent And I replaced what I was used as a common courtesy. I would rent again!

Just as described!

This house was perfect for our girls trip of three. The master bedroom is very nice - big, clean, lots of space. The twin room is as described. The third room was a little small. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. On to the good stuff; the pool and hot tub!! Wow, beautiful space, pool is very clean and offers plenty of full sun for tanning. Great location, property manager was excellent to communicate with. We would definitely return!

Was a great Time for a decent vacation home!

Plus -So far so good. House was nice and clean. But we notice some smoke smell. Ods - Pool was dirt and they came to clean on the very last day of are on e week stay. Also don’t plug any device near by the jacuzzi power outlet. It’s no warning sign and would blow out your device, like my Ninja Grill. Overall was good and very clean house inside.
