Naturen ligger vid din dörr steg med den här egenskapen. Kustbushen på Crib Point Foreshore Reserve slingrar runt staketet i denna fastighet som ger en lugn och privat utsikt. En massiv bakgård för barn i alla åldrar att leka. Huset ger alla bekvämligheter som man kan förvänta sig från ett hem. Köket är välutrustat och ger även gratis te och kaffe. Loungen är fylld med böcker, dvd-skivor, tv, chromecast, skivspelare och vinyl. Också en eldstad som håller dig varm i de kallare månaderna och ett split-system luftkonditionering / uppvärmning.

Sängkläder och handdukar finns i priset på denna fastighet som tjänar de tre sovrummen. Det stora sovrummet som leder ut från loungen har en queen size-säng för att passa två personer. Nedför korridoren passerar toaletten och separat badrum är de återstående två sovrummen. Det andra rummet har en dubbelsäng igen för att passa två personer och det tredje sovrummet sitter två separata våningssängar för att sova fyra personer. Detta rum är också inrett med en Atari-konsol i gammal skola, DVD-spelare och tv.

Gott om gratis parkering och bakgården är helt inhägnad. En bbq är redo och väntar på användning inom det täckta utomhusområdet. Gott om sittplatser och bordsutrymme för att njuta av skymningen eller kvällshimmelen ändras.

Crib Point är en av de sista kvarvarande städerna på Mornington Peninsula för att fortfarande hålla den ursprungliga charmen. Utspridda i hela township kommer du att märka ursprungliga periodhem. Du är gångavstånd till centrum där du hittar Crib Point Train Station, skateboard ramp, barnpark, Crib Point Cellars / Newsagent, postkontor, Marty's Bar and Bistro och ett café. Crib Point ligger vid porten till allt som Mornington Peninsula har att erbjuda. 5mins köravstånd till Hastings, 10 minuter till Balnarring, 20 minuter till RedHill.

Delightful!

Great little house with all the creature comforts. Very thoughtful owners with so many nice little touches. Highly recommend for a family get away. We even brought our dog who had the best time in the huge backyard.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. The home is beautifully decorated & has all the comforts. As soon as we arrived we felt at home & enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would highly recommend it !!

Great presentation, location and amenities

We loved our stay at The Point-break house. It is as described. A retreat. Close to some shops, station and bus. Short drive to beaches and parks. As others have noted the house is very clean, with extras like Chromecast on a huge TV, free WiFi, linen/towels and pantry items. It is easy to relax with the welcoming decor, indoor plants, flowers, undercover BBQ area and well kept garden. Highly recommended and look forward to booking another trip to recharge and spend time together as a family. Thank you to Jacky & Ben.

A comfortable, neat and tidy home with every thing we needed. Would recommend.

Jacky and Ben’s home was clean, and tidy, rooms were a generous size. A few surprises like a record player with lp’s was there which we had fun with. It was a quiet neighbourhood with no traffic being at the end if a no through road.

everything was great

Lovely little very clean house in a very quiet position. The quality kitchenware and accessories in the house made us feel very special, like we were in our own home and not a holiday let. The outside relaxation area was just that, the good quality bbq made meals easier. The dog proof backyard was huge and gave our girl plenty of room. To Jackie and Ben thanks for everything.

Well equipped and comfortable house with plenty of space for a family.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the whole house is nicely styled and fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of. Our kids loved their room, the toys and the backyard. There is also a nice area to sit outside and have a BBQ which we unfortunately didn't get to use. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Exceeds all expectations, highly recommend booking!

Great stay at point break beach house. Modern amenities, everything you need has been catered for, as well as thoughtful touches throughout. Jacky and Ben made us feel very welcome and at home. The big backyard and BBQ area was fantastic. Excellent coffee machine and home grown fruits. The house was completely spotless also. Everything exceeded our expectations and we want to book again. Thanks to our brilliant hosts.

Beautiful property in a lovely location!

Jacky and Ben were so lovely during the booking process and throughout our stay. They were always willing to offer help if needed. The house was so nice and clean and just a lovely house all round. Great experience, definitely recommend!

wonderfully warm and cosy house

The house had beautiful lighting throughout with the large windows letting all the light in when the sun was shining. The fireplace was a great size and was so warm on those below zero temperatures we had when we were there. Great t.v. and had everything we needed. There was no dryer and it rained a lot so just used the fireplace and warmth of the house to dry the clothes with the air-rack in front of it. Carport and covered walkway so you don't get wet when walking in the house. Great walk to the water through the bush out the back. Quiet and private spot, great for relaxing. Bbq was great to use as well. Thanks for coming so quickly when we ran out of gas. We really appreciated it. Can't wait to come back and stay again when visiting the area.
