This listing is specifically for a hotel room located within a hotel, distinguishing it from typical residential or apartment accommodations.

- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 60/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old;

- Cleaning fee is not included in the daily rate. A MANDATORY CLEANING FEE OF $100/STAY/UNIT + TAX WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL.

Each 600sf space features:

- Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator;

- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

Our spacious and well-appointed suite provide the perfect home away from home. Step onto your private balcony and soak in the mesmerizing views of the azure ocean or lush tropical gardens. This room features a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is enjoyable.

Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including:

- Beach access from the property. Beach chairs are provided;
- Huge heated swimming pool;
- Hot tub;
- Loungers, umbrellas, and towels by the pool;
- Two private TENNIS courts;
- Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property;
- 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit;
- On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available for $4/ft/day and boat trailer parking is $40/day (free with slip rental). The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depending on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster;
- Junior-Olympic-size outdoor pool and a 14-person Jacuzzi hot tub.

NOTE: Some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice:
- The on-site cafe and tiki bar are currently closed, and there is no definite time when they will open again.

Check-in instructions:

Check-in time is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. All guests must check in before 11:00 PM. Guests arriving after the Front Desk closes must call us at 305-853-5000 for assistance with arrival arrangements.

The check-in locations are minutes away from your final destination. Please note that shuttle or transfer services to and from the check-in locations are not available.
