City & HOA Requirements
• Age Requirement: The primary overnight and daytime occupant must be 21 years of age or older in accordance with City of Indio Ordinance No. 1665, Section 37.011.
• HOA Compliance: All HOA rules must be followed. Any citations or fees issued by the HOA to guests will be the guest’s responsibility. • HOA Citations: $75 per parking citation. Fees for other violations will be determined by the HOA, based on the outcome of a hearing.
• Guest Registration: All guests’ full names must be registered prior to arrival. Guests must present a valid photo ID at the gate. Unregistered individuals may be denied entry without exception.

• Quiet Hours:
o Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
o Friday–Saturday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please keep noise levels reasonable at all times, including music volume. • Drive slowly and respectfully within the community.
• The community is monitored by 24/7 security patrols. Any violations may result in fines (guests are responsible) and/or removal without refund.

• The driveway fits up to 2 vehicles.
• Overnight street parking is not permitted per HOA policy.
• If you plan to bring more than 2 vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can help arrange parking.
• Safelist passes for overnight street parking in front of the house may be available, but they are limited and not guaranteed.
• If passes are unavailable during your stay, overnight parking is available in a nearby residential area outside the community (approximately a 5-minute drive).
Vehicle Restrictions (HOA Rules)
The HOA prohibits the following vehicles inside Terra Lago during these times:
• Commercial vehicles between 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Mon–Sat) and at all times on Sundays .
Sunday and overnight parking is available in a nearby residential area outside the community (approximately a 5-minute drive).
• Passenger vans with 10+ seats (e.g., Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Chevy Express, GMC Savana, Nissan NV, Ram ProMaster)
• Vehicles with commercial signage
• RVs, trailers, cargo vans, and shuttle vans
Important: Violations of HOA parking rules may result in citations or towing at the guest’s expense.

Pool & Spa Rules
Swimming Pool
• Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.
• No diving, running, glass, food, rough play, or pets in/near the pool. • Children must be closely supervised at all times.
• Pool heating: $85/day, minimum 2 consecutive days, payable in advance (notify host at least 16 hrs ahead).
• BONUS FUN: Floaties are available (stored in the plastic cabinet in the backyard), along with pool balls and an air pump (in the basket by the patio furniture). While floaties aren’t part of our official amenities, we provide them as an extra treat for added fun. They’re offered as-is and are not inspected after each stay, so their condition cannot be guaranteed. For safety, floaties are not recommended for children or non-swimmers, and we kindly ask that you use them responsibly, as we can’t assume liability in case of any issues.
Hot Tub / Spa
• Complimentary Heating with temp of 100–101°F (adjustable upon request).
• Pre-set to 90-minute sessions; guests may stop or extend via spa control.
• For safety, we recommend taking regular hydration and rest breaks, and avoiding extended use of the spa.
• Restrictions:
o No glass, alcohol, narcotics, or medications while in spa.
o Elderly guests, pregnant women, and those with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use.
• No soaps, bath oils, or additives allowed.
Best Practice: For families with children: If kids will be using the spa, we recommend keeping the temperature around 95°F or lower and limiting soak times for safety. The spa is preset to 100–101°F; please contact the host if you’d like the temperature adjusted—for safety or personal preference.

Pets – Dogs are welcome with a $85 fee per pet, per stay. (Cats are not permitted.)

Linens & Towels – If any are lost or damaged, a replacement fee will be applied.
Household Items – If something is missing or broken, we’ll simply charge the replacement cost.
