Hej! Välkommen till vårt vackra Southampton hem.

Med 2800 kvadratmeter lyxigt vardagsrum är vårt hus den perfekta storleken för att rymma större grupper eller flera familjer som reser tillsammans. Hemmet har nyligen genomgått en fullständig renovering, och den ljusa, vita och moderna strandestetiken är uppenbar hela tiden. Planlösningen är en öppen konceptlayout vilket gör det till en fantastisk plats att spendera tid med nära och kära och vänner. Som en extra förmån för familjer är sovrummen uppdelade mellan två nivåer. Den övervåningen mästaren förbinder till ett barnrum (2 enkelsängar och 2 trundlar sängar) via ett jack-and-jill badrum. Nedervåningen är ett annat sovrum, och ytterligare två sovrum.

Köket är nytt och fullt utrustat med köksredskap och moderna apparater och en Weber grill på däck utomhus. För barnen har vi en helt ny färdig källare med en mysig soffa, smart tv, konstbord och spel i stort sett.

Vår pool ligger precis utanför matsal / vardagsrum, vilket ger en sömlös inomhus / utomhus boende - så du kommer aldrig att vara långt ifrån dina följeslagare! Vårt hem är jämnt från den charmiga staden Sag Harbor och den stora shoppingbyen Southampton - ca 10 minuter till vardera. Vi är en kort bilresa från den vackra Flying Point och Cooper's Beach. Förutom hela poolen och stranden roligt vårt hem har att erbjuda, det finns andra lokala aktiviteter som kajakpaddling, jordgubbsplockning, barnmuseum, bowling och mycket mer.

Very Comfortable

David is great host who was very responsive whenever we had a question and provided a beautiful house for our family vacation. The pool was perfect for lounging and we were able to have a wonderful Summer barbecue on the grill. The house has lovely furnishings and provided plenty of space for our youngest to play and for the whole family to relax comfortably in the living room.

We had the most wonderful stay at David’s home. The house is immaculate and well stocked with everything you might need from kitchen items to towels to paper goods and cleaning supplies. They even provided laundry detergent. The pool is so nice, even better than the picture. The layout of the house is perfect for families. The very nice finished basement was a big hit for the children. David is always available and very responsive which we appreciated although everything at the house ran very smoothly. I would say this is not like your typical rental home in that it seems brand new with high-end furniture and finishes that have been well taken care of. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Also, I’d like to mention that the house is close to everything… Typically a 15 minute drive to Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor or Southampton. And it’s very easy to get to the beaches.

Immaculate Property

I highly recommend this property. It is bright, airy, clean (immaculate), and comfortable. The decor is beautiful and there is always plenty of natural light streaming in. The owners have provided all the creature comforts you could possibly need. The heated pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids and adults alike. I also really loved the neighborhood-- quiet and peaceful and central to everything. Finally, David was super responsive and very attuned to our needs. It's truly a gem!

Wonderful Hamptons Retreat

Our stay at this Hamptons property during Fourth of July week was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty and luxurious comfort that this property offers. The location of the property is unbeatable. We were just a short drive away from stunning beaches, charming local shops, and exquisite dining options. Despite being so conveniently located, the property still offered a sense of seclusion and privacy, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot on, enhancing our experience even further. Overall, our Fourth of July week at this Hamptons property was everything we hoped for and more. We left with wonderful memories and a longing to return. Perfect Home. Perfect Host. Perfect Vacation. (And Perfect Weather)

Each summer my wife and I host our family for a vacation. We are six adults and four children from 3 - 8 years old. This was our first experience with VRBO so we were not entirely clear as to what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised with EVERYTHING!! The property was so perfect for a family of 10. Everything was pristine. The house has a great layout and location. The pool was a big hit as well. Probably what distinguishes a rental the most is Vacation host. David is so extraordinary because he could not be any more responsive and helpful. He was always available by text or phone and was so friendly and easy to deal with. We had a minor plumbing issue Saturday night during our stay. David made arrangements to a plumber to make an emergency call. Luckily my son-in-law was able to fix the problem negating the need for the plumber. The next morning we received a surprise delivery of sweets from Levain Bakery as a thank you for our inconvenience. So thoughtful. We recommend this property without reservation. Thank you David for making our vacation so enjoyable!!!

Wonderful week because of David!

This property is exactly as listed… Beautiful, clean, well equipped. I brought my family of five which included an infant and two toddlers as well as my parents, brothers, and their significant others for a week to this beautiful property. The pool was always warm, all the appliances worked perfectly, there was more than enough towels and linens. The kitchen had staples, plates, silverware, and servingware. Best of all, David is polite and easy to work with.

Beautiful home!

Fantastic home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving with family; kitchen is completely stocked with everything a cook would need! Missing the cozy evenings spent sitting by the fire and playing games. Will definitely be back! Thank you to David for being so accessible and helpful before and during our stay.

Amazing house!

This house is absolutely perfect! It's in a great central location with lots of privacy, yet still close to everything. The house itself is pristine and gorgeous, with everything you could possibly need. There is easily enough space for two families to stay with a master bedroom plus another bedroom/bathroom on each level. It's also a fantastic place for kids--the basement has a cute play area with a ton of toys for various ages. The owners are incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall fantastic and highly recommend!
