Top-floor condo featuring peek ocean views from the dining room. Walk one block to beach access for swimming, surfing, or strolling along the cliffs. Plus, enjoy access to all the amenities at the La Jolla Recreation Center, which is mere steps away.
Unwind into vacation mode in the living room, which features a TV for entertainment. Whip up favorite recipes in the full kitchen, then dine together at the adjacent table. Rest comfortably on a king bed in the bedroom, which also has a large TV and a ceiling fan. A full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this condo (like most in the area) does not have air-conditioning.

Right next to The Museum of Contemporary Art, you'll be between Windansea and La Jolla Cove Beaches - with abundant sea life between. La Jolla Village is famous in its own right - and you are just a short stroll away from all it has to offer!
It is comfortable and easy so you can spend most of your time enjoying La Jolla and the rich, varied, greater San Diego area for your dayâs adventures.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry requires an ap to be downloaded and there is a charge to us the machines.

There is no elevator in this complex, so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
