River Road Villas är det nyaste tillskottet till River Road! Vi ligger mellan den 2: a och den 3: e korsningen. Vi är ungefär 15 minuter från Gruene och New Braunfels. Vi är en flodfront egendom med 100 + fot av direkt tillgång till floden. Du kan se floden från övervåningen eller nedre däck eller umgås ner vid floden. Fantastiskt område att umgås vid och / eller leka i floden. Njut också av den vackra klipputsikten. Detta är ett nytt hus med 4 sovrum / 3 badrum med öppet kök / matsal / vardagsrum. Fullt kök med disk, alla apparater och köksredskap tillhandahålls. Vi har också en 65-tums platt-TV och Wifi. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också. Sängkläder, handdukar och kuddar ingår inte.

Tunneluthyrning och pendelservice finns på båda sidor om fastigheten. Du kan komma in i floden här och gå ut på olika platser upp och ner i floden och återlämnas till fastigheten.

New Braunfels ligger nära Schlitterbahn, Whitewater Amphitheatre, River Road Ice House, Gruene och den ökända Gruene Hall, Canyon Lake (en mycket trevlig, ren sjö och bra för båtliv), San Antonio (besök djurparken, Alamo, Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas, shoppa många saker att lista), Austin (huvudstaden, 6: e gatan, de vackra parkerna), San Marcos (utloppsgallerior) och många andra små unika Hill Country-städer. Njut av dagen i närliggande städer och kom tillbaka till ditt flodhus för kvällen och slangen.

Our annual River Trip, we stay at the same place each year. River front, walking distance to tube rental and the downstairs open kitchen and BBQ grill are some of the top reasons for choosing this spot.

Great location and wonderful host

Enjoyed our stay with our adult children. Fantastic set up, plenty of room for everyone. Only complaint knives could use a sharpening.

Overall Good Experience!

Great location and loved the direct river access and easy tube rental access! The house was clean and accommodating but we did bring items we were told to bring but they ended up being there at the house. I would just recommend more accurate information on the listing but overall we had a great time and would stay again!

Thanksgiving Stay

This was a very nice property and the location can’t be beat. Direct river access and facing the river as well is just great. The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the area. I’d stay here again.

Perfect spot on river road

We will be back

This was by far our favorite location while staying at the river. We do an annual river trip and it’s the first time we’ve been this close to the water. The only thing that took us by surprise, was they do not provide any sheets, pillowcases, blankets. Luckily it’s stated in the contract they sent over for me to sign a couple days before leaving so we had time to prepare, but it is not listed on description when booking. Other than that, the place was perfect! We LOVED the downstairs kitchen- it made it easier to keep the upstairs cooled because there wasn’t so much in and out! Our neighbors were great during our stay! Oh, and take a measuring cup!

Awesome House - Perfect Location

A group of friends and myself have stayed at numerous places on river road and this is by far one of our favorites now! It’s in the perfect spot, and the house has an amazing layout. The up and downstairs patios, with downstairs kitchen, is the icing on the cake! 5 out 5 stars and will definitely be coming back!

2nd Visit - We'll be Back

Perfect location, plenty of space for our group of 9. Best accommodations we've found on the Guadalupe. We spend most of our time (when we are not on the river) in the downstairs kitchen and patio. Already planning next year's trip!

Absolute awesomeness!

Everything was perfect! Location perfect. Layout of house is perfect! Both upper and lower decks are extremely comfortable with great views. Full kitchens and bathrooms on both levels is a great touch! Loved our stay! Looking forward to future stays at this property!

Great place to stay!

We thought the property was even better than the photos! There is plenty of space . The location is great and we enjoyed the great view. We went during off season so no one was really at the other houses but they are very close together. We definitely will be renting this place again! Thank you for an A++++ rental experience.

Great Location

The house is excellent, big comfy rooms!! Beautiful walk in showers and large open kitchen. Cold AC through our. The location and the outdoor kitchen are what really set this house apart. You are only steps away from the water and everything you need to enjoy the day is right there.

AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC

we had a group of 9 adults stay for the weekend. we have stayed in this housing addition before but have all agreed that we will be trying to rent this cabin again! the down stairs kitchen was PERFECT!!! we had so much fun....cant wait to come back. if i had to say one con- the fact that we had to bring our own sheets - the previous house we stayed in offered sheets as long as we cleaned them....but since the description told us what to expect , we were prepared!

Another successful River trip!

First time staying here and we had a blast! The place was in a great location, clean, amazing interior, fun two story decks, Easy access. We really did have a great time and appreciate using y'alls home for the week. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Pictures don’t do justice!

So much space for our adult group of 12. Enough room for sleeping arrangements, space to sit inside and outside and cook. Perfect house walking distance from the best part of the river. On either side of the house you can rent tubes/shuttle. Don’t have to drive after a day of drinks on the River

Perfect!

This is our 2nd girls trip staying in this home! It is literally perfect. Perfect location, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We are already trying to book this home another weekend in the near future. Our favorite part is the outdoor kitchen and bar area. Book it…you will have no regrets!
