River Road Villas är det nyaste tillskottet till River Road! Vi ligger mellan den 2: a och den 3: e korsningen. Vi är ungefär 15 minuter från Gruene och New Braunfels. Detta hus är en fastighet vid floden med nästan 200 fot enkel och bekväm direkt tillgång till floden. Du kan titta på floden från övervåningen eller ner på däck eller hänga ner vid den vackert anlagda floden. Det har konstant vatten i denna flod. Fantastiskt område att umgås vid och / eller leka i floden. Njut också av den vackra klipputsikten. Detta är ett nytt hus med 4 sovplatser och 3 badrum med öppet kök / matsal / vardagsrum. Fullt kök med disk, alla apparater och köksredskap tillhandahålls. Det finns TV i varje rum med en enorm 65 "böjd TV med inbyggt surroundljud i vardagsrummet. Dessutom finns det en 65 "TV på verandan för att njuta av alla dina underhållningsbehov oavsett om du är inom eller utanför. Wi-Fi med höghastighetsmodem ger dig bästa tillgång till alla dina internetbehov. De inbyggda högtalarna i hela huset och verandan kommer att betjäna alla dina musikbehov genom att helt enkelt ansluta din i-pod / telefon eller ansluta via Bluetooth. Detta hus byggdes med ett massivt växelströmssystem för att ge komfort och avkoppling även under de hetaste dagarna i en Texas sommarvärmebölja. Dessutom finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Utanför finns det en massiv sektion på verandan på övervåningen tillsammans med ett uteplats / stolar och på bottenvåningen finns en bekväm uteplats tillsammans med 6 extraordinära kaptenstolar som ger en mängd olika avkopplingsplatser.

Tunneluthyrning och pendelservice finns på båda sidor om fastigheten. Du kan komma in i floden här och gå ut på olika platser upp och ner i floden och återlämnas till fastigheten.

I love this place!

Best house on the water. Equipped with EVERY kitchen thing you can think of. This is my 2nd time to rent this place, and I’ll definitely be back every year to come.

Great stay, clean property and fully stocked kitchens

We loved our stay in this house!! Fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils and tools you could ever need. Everything was very clean and in working order. Steps from the river. We went next door to caps - had them drop us in the river at l&l camp ground and floated right back to the house. We will definitely rent this place again

5th annual trip - Looking forward to the 6th

Our group of 10 (all adults) have been coming to float the Guadalupe for 5 years now and we have experience staying at a couple of other properties near this location but the setup of this cabin floorplan, river front, and it being next to and walking distance to Cap's tube rental keeps it on top of our preferred list.

Great Location, Awesome Property

Really enjoyed our stay here. Group of guys doing a fantasy football draft and a float at the same time. Great please, right on the water. Easy to get to, get in & out of. Just far away enough from town and right in the thick of River Road. Only downside is the water has a bit of a sulfur smell, but didn’t hurt our time at all.

Unbelievable place to rent

If you ever want a place to stay on the river in New Braunfels, this house is the ultimate getaway for a family or friends vacation. This house has everything you will ever need from a beautiful place to relax, very very clean and it has a complete bar/kitchen set up to have fun at night. It literally is a stones throw away from the river. By far the best house i have ever rented. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to getaway for a few days on the river!

Family Celebration

This is a BEAUTIFUL home and was perfect for our family gathering. The owner really has thought of everything. There were plenty of games for adults and kids alike and the downstairs kitchen area was AMAZING...and air conditioned! Only drawback was that "Satellite/DishTV was listed as an amenity but is no longer provided. Overall a GREAT experience and perfect spot on the river. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Best Hang Out on the Guadalupe

We have been coming to the Guadalupe for many years and this was the best place by far we have stayed at. We will be coming back. The bar and kitchen downstairs is the best hangout. The mini split ac, fans and shade from the trees made this spot enjoyable all day long in 100+ temps. There's a great sound system linked throughout the porch, lighting, bbq pit and all the amenities needed for a great outdoor experience. We loved the music theme of the house. Being from Texas it brought back many memories of concerts seeing these bands all over the walls. The river is just steps away from the back porch which was great for cooling off. We were very pleased with the property and like i said before we will be returning.

What more could you want

After a lot of searching for the "perfect" river house rental we settled on this one. We could not have been happier with our decision. The house is right by the water so you could hop in without having to catch a ride. This house checked every box for our group of friends that went and I can't imagine how it wouldn't do the same for any group of river travellers. The house has a massive porch area downstairs that is right outside of an outdoor kitchen/bar area. Plenty of space for everyone to kick back and eat dinner, have a few drinks, laugh and play games. Once you go upstairs, you'll find a huge balcony outside of the main living area. Wonderful outdoor seating with built in speakers, huge fans to keep cool and a mounted TV. Inside the house everything is very spacious so you don't feel like you're on top of one another. We were even impressed with the bedrooms and bathrooms. There were huge oversized showers that were "big man certified". I think we all agreed that if we owned a house on the river we would want it to be set up just like this one. We will be returning to this house.again, without a doubt!!

Amazing Family Trip

This was our first experience with a VRBO property, and it was Fabulous. The house had everything you needed and more. The decor was unbelievable and made you feel like you were in a real home, not just a rental property. The location of the house put us almost at the river's edge. Our family had a fantastic time and made great memories. The owners of this property went Above and Beyond our expectations and we are very grateful.

Phenomenal property

By far the best VRBO property we have rented! The decor itself is museum worthy for music lovers. The bedrooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. And the location was ideal. We want to rent this property again!

Amazing property

We had the best time at this house and the river! The house was clean and very well stocked, from fluffy bath towels to shampoo and fully stocked kitchen to great outside living space. It was very close to the river. We will definitely go back and recommend this place to others.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY!!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house and everything is absolutely great. Great view of the river! Patio is very large and relaxing, the large fans outside were awesome and at night it felt great.The house has everything you need! Very clean, roomy and decor is awesome. Would definitely stay again!!

This house is AMAZING!!

Rented from Jeff with a few friends for our annual concert weekend at White Water and this house could not have been more perfect! Jeff has everything you could possibly need to entertain already there for you! We always bring a lot of stuff but didn’t even use half of it this time! The house is in and ideal location on River Rd and we were able to float right from the house and get a ride back, even were able to get a shuttle bus from campsite next door to the show! Jeff’s neighbors were some of the best sorts you can imagine living next door to for a long weekend getaway! Jeff was prompt to get my security deposit back to me. My friends and I can only hope we will welcomed back to rent the house for our future trips!
