Beläget i kanelstranden utveckling, är denna fastighet perfekt för kräsna hyresgäster för användning som ett företags reträtt för 16 personer eller för 4 familjer med 4 till semester i stil. Som det första LEED Registered Beach House på Gulf Coast, var huset skräddarsyddat med hållbart material, finish och armaturer för en hälsosam och avkopplande vistelse.

Huset erbjuder spektakulär utsikt över gulfen, gott om underhållning, matsal och sovande områden. Använd hissen med två våningar för att underlätta matleverans och tillgänglighet. Utsidan omfattar en bakgårdshästsko och täckt parkering för två fordon. WIFI och fjärrkontroll Sonos ljudsystem finns tillgängligt i hela huset.

Bottenvåningen har en täckt veranda med hängmatta. Denna nivå inkluderar Media Room med en 10 fot bred projektion HDTV och pentry / bar med kylskåp mikrovågsugn och DW. Dagsbädden i Media rummet har en tvilling rulla som sover 2. Apres Sea är hundvänligt och innehåller en XL hundkasse / bord och matningsstation i Media Room. Sovrum på denna nivå inkluderar en Master BR med inredning badrum och duschkabin och en kung BR med anslutande badrum med badkar / dusch. 4 dubbla bunkar finns på denna nivå tillsammans med ett bekvämt tvättområde.

Huvudnivån inkluderar ett gourmetkök med graniträknare och en stor mittö, 2 diskmaskiner, en stor induktionskokare, ugn, konvektionsugn / mikrovågsugn, uppvärmningsskiva, ismaskin och två fulla kylskåp. Matsalen sitter 10 vid bordet och 4 på köksön. Det finns ett pulverrum utanför köket. Matsalen öppnar på ett omslag med däck med uteservering med utsikt över Kiera-poolen och sjön Gavin. Sidodäck och bakdäck har uteserveringar. Verandaen har rockers med utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. The Great Room har generösa sittplatser och har en gas spis, HDTV och tillgång till däck med utsikt över Folly Walk South Beach tillgång till viken. Den andra Master BR Suite har en stor duschkabin och sovrummet öppnar mot östdäcken med veranda, utomhus sittplatser och utsikt över bukten.

Tower Level inkluderar den fjärde kung BR med anslutande badrum med duschkabin och intilliggande kontorsområde. Denna nivå innehåller också ett läsrum med sittplatser som omvandlas till två enkelsängar. Det viktigaste nöjesområdet på denna nivå har en sportbar med HDTV och ett poolbord som reglerar ett matbord. Den våta baren innehåller en ismaskin, under köksvinkylare och "uppvärmningsapparat". Sportbaren öppnar sig på övre däck änkan-promenad med en 8-tänds belyst badtunna, uteservering med paraplyer och en spektakulär 180 graders utsikt över Mexikanska golfen.

Alla rum har plattskärms-HDTV och USB-laddare på nattbordet. Strandhanddukar, strandparaplyer och strandpåse är inredda för gästanvändning. Brädspel, hästsko och cornhole-spel är tillgängliga för gästanvändning.

Apres Sea ligger strax mittemot Cinnamon Shore Beach Access på Folly Walk South och intill Kiera Pool, Seaside Café och Fitness Center. Området serveras lokalt av Mustang Beach Airport.

Amazing location and layout

Clean and spacious

New Year's Eve Escape

Mike’s 60th Birthday Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was exactly what we needed. There are 4 king sized beds, which is rare, and a bunk area. The home is beautiful and right next door to the pool which was a plus. The only negative about the location is the noise level from people exiting the beach. We have visited Cinnamon Shore many times and it seemed the golf cart noise level and speed was very amped up this time.All in all we had a great time and wonderful celebration. We will be back!

The smell is horrible. I feel bad that the owners of this property are next to a large trash collection site. Haul it somewhere else. I’m sure it increases insects and rodents as it contains trash from pool food and beverage service.

Overall good experience

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay in Cinnamon Shore. The house was ALMOST everything we needed and more. However, the AC went out on the main level for the last two days. Someone came out and said they had to replace something, which didn't happen for the remainder of our stay. They did provide a window unit in the bedroom on the main level, which cooled off the bedroom. However, the kitchen and living room were essentially unusable due to the heat levels outside. I wish I could give the house great reviews, because other than the AC it was fine. In the summer heat though, AC is a basic necessity.

Very nice house, a couple of problems

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nice and comfortable with lots of space for kids or multiple families. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The location is just across the street from the beach with a peak at the ocean from the top floor. The sonos system is on a separate wifi network and you are not given the password for that network so you will not be able to use the sonos system. The house had a pungent musty smell that was quite pervasive. Rooms let light in early in the morning so it is good if you are an early riser (and not good if you are not). Half of the jets in the hot tub are not functional and it has definitely seen better days. All in all it is a very nice house but considerably over priced and having stayed in several homes in Cinnamon Shores you can certainly find better value for your money.

Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the minute we arrived the exterior of the home was very impressive. The large driveway easily parked 3 cars. We loved the proximity to the beach entrance and exit ramps as well as the pool which was steps away. The layout of the home and the large kitchen were perfect for our group of 10. However, the home is in need of some deep cleaning and repairs. The minute we opened the door we could smell mold. I do realize being near the sea this is common, but there is mold growing on the inside of the 3rd floor bedroom windows. In the 3rd floor bathroom, master bathroom and first floor bathroom the towel fixtures were barely hanging onto the wall which made it difficult to replace the towels upon washing your hands. The master shower fixture is also pulled out of the tile making it hard to adjust the shower height. All of the rugs in the home were very stained and worn. The 3rd floor hot tub constantly drips making sitting on the 1st and 2nd decks impossible without being dripped on by moldy water. Mold can again be seen on the decks as well as the ceiling of the decks. Our biggest concern was that the home description stated it came with chairs, towels, umbrellas, and beach bags. None of these items were on the property. I called 2 weeks prior to our arrival to ask about how many of these items would be in the home and was assured since the home sleeps 13, 13 would be available. Cinnamon Shores offered to rent us chairs at the south location but the defeated the purpose of being with the rest of our party at the north location. No chairs were available at the north location since it was a holiday week. The 3rd floor AC and ice machine were not working when we arrived. A repairman was dispatched to the home and within 1 hour this was fixed. Each morning we found 1-2 roaches so this was concerning as well. This is a beautiful home, but needs a deep cleaning and an exterminator.

Beautiful home, wonderful stay!

Wonderful Holiday Weekend

We had 4 families with young children in our party and it was the perfect layout with the 4 master suites and bunk beds. The house was spacious and front porch was our favorite place to hang out every morning and evening. The kitchen was well equipped with more than everything we needed. And the location couldn't be beat - next to the pool and across from beach access. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the bathrooms which was never remedied. However it didn't lessen our great experience!

Love Cinnamon Shore!

It had plenty of room for everyone. It was located in a great spot by beach , pool and restaurant - however- it is a loud location. Trailer truck arrived at 7 on both days to deliver food in front of house to restaurant. Lots of busy golf carts early and late since house is right by beach exit. Slow internet. The house has pool table, hot tub and the most beautiful design ever !!! Gorgeous home and wonderful community.
