Detta fantastiska NYA, exklusiva 3 våningar hem erbjuder 5 sovrum 3. 5 badrum och ligger direkt på stranden. De två 14x30 fotdäcken på andra och tredje våningen har några av de bästa utsikten som Port A har att erbjuda. På 3: e våningen hittar du det öppna vardagsrummet, köket och matsalen: en perfekt plats att samlas på kvällen. Det finns också ett drottningssovrum och ett badrum på denna våning. På andra våningen hittar du sovrummet - som är att dö för; Den har en king size-säng och ett bifogat bad med badkar, komplett med havsutsikt. På andra våningen finns också ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, liksom våningssalen. Våningssalen erbjuder två uppsättningar med två våningssängar - en uppsättning inkluderar en rulla. Det finns ett delat badrum för dessa två sovrum.

Bottenvåningen är där du hittar det femte sovrummet och ett halvt badrum - det erbjuder också har en tvilling med en rulla. Nedervåningen med utsikt över stranden hittar du en tio personer som visas i badtunna. Detta hem har allt och mer! Hissen har full tillgång till alla tre våningarna. Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Port A. The house was large enough for our group of 12 to all have some space. The third story balcony had the best view of the ocean! The property management was very quick to respond with any questions we had, and the maintenance man even came on site and built ramps for my brother to get over the small door lips in his wheelchair so he could make it onto the balcony. If you are in need of an accessible home, just know that there are several 3-4” lips to doorways in and around the home, and there is not a shower that is wheelchair accessible. But for the average vacationer, this home was a real hit.

It's called The Pearl for a reason

The view from the upper deck was amazing. We loved the open living area and kitchen. It was very close to the beach. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the elevator was an added bonus for out parents.

Great Family Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 10, ages 2 to 68. We all had a blast the Pearl! There was plenty of room for all of us. The view couldn’t be beat, we loved spending time out on the large deck enjoying the cool Gulf breeze and looking out and taking in the sights and sounds of the waves. The home seemed fairly new and well maintained, great AC, appliances all worked well, and kitchen was well appointed. My only suggestion was that maybe they could replace the grill, it has seen better days but it was convenient that they had one at the house. The elevator made it easy to bring everything in and pack it all back out, since the main floor is the third floor (best views!). Our grandkids loved all the sand toys and boogie boards provided. I’ve been coming to Port A for over 50 years and have stayed in many condos and home rentals. The Pearl is by far the nicest we’ve found so far, to fit our big family. We hope to return to it next year, as we come every year to PA.

Great View

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was awesome and the neighborhood is great! Only one issue with some of the lighting but maintenance was out very quickly and had it repaired. I would definitely recommend this property for a group looking to literally be right on the beach.

Great location

Excellent location and located in a very clean and well kept RV park. The house is as described. Bathrooms are nice, bedrooms overall spacious. We didn’t really use any TVs, but they seemed new. Kitchen was well equipped, the living room comfy. Cleanliness could’ve been better. The dishwasher was old and barely functional. Nothing was dirty, just not “clean”

Annual vacation

The property was in a great location. Large enough for 3 generations to spread out. Really enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing was the bottom bedroom did not have a shower as it is only a half bath. All agreed in our party that they would stay there again.

Nice beach trio

Two of my kids and their spouses joined me for a four day weekend. The house was nice. I have arthritic knees and enjoyed the elevator. We wanted a nice view and we were well satisfied. I will plan another stay here.

Great place for large families

The property location absolutely cannot be beat! The views and proximity to the beach are what made us rent this house a 2nd year. Minor maintenance issues exist but no different from any high turnover property- and they address issues same day. Beautiful place for us and our adult children to vacation.

Gorgeous view

This house was perfect for our family and dogs. The main room is bright and open. Lots of windows. Warning you need to be able to climb stairs. The elevator was not available to us. The bathrooms were well decorated and the location was just a short walk from the boardwalk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Royalty Vacation

This was our first trip to Corpus Christi and the home was wonderful! It was perfect for our family. The views were to die for and it was a short walk to the ocean. The home was clean but could use a few small fixes (stairway handrail-third floor patio door-TV's didn't work due to parts being stolen). Tracy was amazing and quick to reply when we couldn't figure out the TV situation (it was raining!) We HIGHLY recommend this home. We made memories that will last a lifetime!!

Good Stay but house needs TLC

Great location, beautiful views. House was clean but has maintenance issues (pealing paint AC vents, ceiling fan not working, loose hand rails etc). Biggest disappointment was the outdoor furniture which is very uncomfortable and in disrepair. The view off the balcony is great, but poor furniture made it difficult to enjoy. We had a couple of issue during our stay, but the property managers we very responsive in resolving.

We visited the beach but primarily stayed at the house due to Covid. The kitchen was fine for our cooking ( although we had to buy another coffee maker). We all enjoyed the house. This was a return visit as we had rented this house last year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3rd 30 day stay at this property. Love the set up and location to the beach. Disappointed in conditions. Couch, chair covers could stand a cleaning or replacement. Had to wait 11 days to get the oven and a burner repaired, to get the cloths washer repaired. There is a outside lite on second floor ready to fall off. There were no working hoses. You guys were awesome with your response, but we had to waste 3/4 days of our rental waiting on repairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful! It had all the amenities and super close to the walkway to the beach. My family of 6 siblings with kids fit with room to spare. I swear the kids played on the pirate ship in the front of the house more than they did the beach. The house was cool and comfortable after we got there. The only problem we had was finding all the rooms! Which isn’t really a problem! The kitchen table was able to fit everyone around to play games on in the evenings. Everyone said their mattress was comfortable and clean. The water had plenty of pressure and plenty of hot water for people to take showers. We were in town for my grandmas 90th birthday. The elevator helped a lot with groceries and luggage to the top and middle floor. Would stay again next year.

Location, Location, Location

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property multiple times because of the location, and perfect configuration of bedrooms, baths, living for our family. Plus the Gulf Waters RV resort location is amazing. Great amenities, and very friendly neighbors. The home itself needs lots of work. Much of the exterior has salt water damage, and the furniture is showing its age and usage. The living room couch needs to be completely replaced. The best feature is the hot tub (which is shown as a feature of this house online) does not work, and if it was replaced, we would visit this property more often. We will probably return because of the location, but really hope that the owner invest in keeping this property up to date with the neighbors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first experience and I had to learn a lot about checking 8n and get the door code. Thank goodness my daughter was there to help and the company was quick to get us the information we needed to begin our wonderful three day, which was not nough t8meto enjoy and relax. The home was beautifully furnished with little extras, above what we had anticipated. They provided sand toys, beach chairs and wagon for kids, which we did not need. We took way more than we needed. Plenty of space in the kitchen/great room for our family of seven. The elevator was so helpful in carrying bags into the house. We live in Arkansas so it was quite a drive to get there, but next time we will plan to stay longer. Thank you for a great time.

Disappointing - listing is not accurate to actual conditions

The location is awesome, but the condition of the property was not at all accurate per the listing. It’s not a 5 bedroom, at least not 5 bedrooms renters can access. The furniture and appliances are all very tired and don’t work well. Refrigerator sounds like a Jack hammer when it comes on. The hot tub did not work and that was the primary search criteria when we booked this a year in advanced. Stunning views but had we had all our family show up as planned we would not have fit. No working cable TV in the Master, only a DVD Player. Only 1 of the 6 ceiling speakers in the living room worked. Definitely NOT worth the price when there are 5 other houses in the same neighborhood of comparable size and all pet friendly. We still had a fun family Christmas but the condition of this property was disappointing.
