We're so glad the quiet, tucked away location still offered easy access to shopping and restaurants. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the gorgeous views, our convenient location, the clean pool/hot tub, and that the kids had a great time with the games. We strive to provide a comfortable experience, and I’m glad our property manager was able to assist you quickly. I want to address your comments regarding the temperature and local wildlife, as they are very important for future guests to know. As outlined in our listing, our home does not have central air conditioning. We are located in a natural, rustic setting where opening windows and doors allows for wonderful cross-ventilation, but we understand this can be uncomfortable during peak heat times. We do provide fans. Regarding the wildlife, because of our beautiful, secluded location, "city bugs" and spiders are common neighbors. We take cleaning very seriously and have a regular pest control service, but we are in their natural habitat. We apologize for the surprise—we will have our team do an extra thorough sweep of the exterior to manage webs. Thank you for the advice on allergy medication, and for highlighting that we provide ample towels! We hope to welcome you back for another fun, nature-filled stay.

We hear your concerns about the hot water and gas issues upon arrival, the delay in resolution, the cigarette remnants from previous tenants, the non functioning sink plugs and sockets, the lack of air conditioning on the middle and upper levels, and the difficulty reaching the property manager.
