Welcome to Whistling Swan 8, a unique Pet Friendly 3-floor home in the west portion of Sunriver, Oregon near the Deschutes River, offering the ideal blend of comfort and fun for families of all sizes. This spacious home is thoughtfully designed to bring everyone together while providing plenty of room for relaxation.
Main Floor: The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is perfect for gathering, whether you re cooking up a family meal, enjoying game night, or simply relaxing to the sound of the crackle of the wood burning stove. Step outside onto the beautiful deck, complete with a private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure or Summer dining with dinner fresh off the propane grill.
Second Floor: You ll find two cozy bedrooms here both with queen beds plus a set of bunk beds for extra sleeping space. The second floor also features a loft area with TV for lounging or catching up on a good book, as well as a shared bathroom with Shower/Tub combo.
Third Floor: Two additional bedrooms, both with king beds, and a second full bath with Shower provide a peaceful retreat for the adults or those looking for a bit more privacy.
With SHARC passes included, you and your guests will have access to Sunriver s premier aquatic and recreation center, perfect for swimming, sliding, and family fun.
