Excellent place to stay

I was very pleased with my staying at this location I had all I needed for the week we stayed everything was close by, quiet and clean, I highly recommend this location and if I need a place to stay I will choose this one

Well supplied, mostly comfortable

Owner provided everything you might need, including various spices, but no salt. Couch is very uncomfortable, bed is comfy but very soft so might cause back aches. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good place to stay for a few days.

Tampa family spring break

This was great place it was centrally located. The backyard area was quite nice. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

They had everything we could have needed, the apartment complex was gorgeous and the pool was very nice. The condo was clean and well organized and extremely well equipped, we didn’t run into any issues.

Clean, Affordable & Easy!

The property was close to Busch Gardens, was very clean and just right for our small family. The pool was relaxing and easy to access. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quite place to stay while visiting Tampa.

Perfect Location

The property itself was right in the middle of everything we visited. The condo was very clean and easily accessible. The property owner helped with questions I had about the area and about the property. We loved it and highly recommend it for your stay.

Great place , perfect for me.

Super clean and well maintained condo with plenty of room and all amenities that you might need. Host was extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of and tried to help with any needs that would arise. Pool was nice and neighbors were so friendly. Would def stay there again in the future and recommend this property to anybody.

Liked the cleanliness of the condo, updated bathrooms, comfortable master bed. The area was a little concerning at first, but it ended up being fine and very quiet.

Property was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. As others have mentioned, the property could use some updating. The tub/shower faucet is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Difficult to regulate the temperature. Lamps in the living room would be nice.

Very Quiet Close to Morritt

1st, the condo was just perfect for us. Just the right size for the two of us but could easily accommodate four. A very safe neighborhood. 2nd, the location was perfect because it was less than 5 minutes to Moffitt, and then you came home to a peaceful garden area. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay.

This place was perfect for our time we were going to Busch gardens, adventure island, and sea world. It was very clean and everything you need. I like doing my own cooking and it was very well stocked with dishes and all you need to cook. Very reasonable price. The gardens were great, and there were a family of ducks that lived there, my granddaughter loved feed and watering them, everyday. , The pool was super clean and perfect, beautiful size and plenty of chairs for us at pretty much anytime we went down. Over all a perfect great stay.
