University of Tampa Visit

Came to visit our granddaughter at UT. We enjoyed the home but did wish it had a few more kitchen supplies. The road construction was not easy to deal with at times.The outside of the property definitely needs some TCL. The inside decorations made the stay very comfortable. it’s a great place for families.

Spacious beautiful home

The hosts were great with communication and very accommodating. Their home was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4, but could definitely accommodate more.

Perfect location

Very economical property in perfect location for us to visit Busch Gardens, all sites in downtown Tampa. Also drove to St Pete. Quick drive to airport. Excellent communication with owner. Clean, plenty of hot water, beds very comfortable. Shower toiletries, laundry and dish soap, beach towels provided. We cooked our own meals and cookware worked out great. Neighborhood is safe and Starbucks is a short walk. Would recommend!

Perfect family-friendly location!

This was the perfect location for our family of 4. Five minutes from the zoo. 10 minutes from the aquarium and children's museum. 20 minutes to the inlet (Whiskey Joe's). House is clean, modern, and well setup. Ample towels, blankets, and even essential supplies for our 3 night stay. 2 min from Publix grocery store. In a quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint is the neighbors leave their floodlights on 24/7, and even with the blinds closed it makes master bedroom very bright at night... Bring a sleep mask or put some towels over the windows 😁. But seriously, what a perfect little house for our kids spring break.

This home is in a quite family friendly neighborhood. It was built brand new in 2021 with all the modern amenities and upgrades yet still looks and feels like a historic bungalow for the area. The home has all high end touches with the marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and a master bath that will not disappoint. Plenty of room for your whole family and friends to spread out and enjoy these luxurious amenities. We have provided everything too for your stay. A fully stocked kitchen with enough dishes for your whole group and then some. Plenty of seating areas. All the linens and towels. Even on-site free washer and dryer for the longer stays or to wash your swimwear.
The location is absolutely perfect for anyone visiting Tampa. With easy freeway access you can get to almost anywhere within 5-10 mins or the gulf coast beaches in about 20-30 mins.
