Great Vacation Spot

The house was at a great location in Naples for walks or riding bikes, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The owner left an informative binder that we used throughout our stay. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The extra touches of fresh flowers on the kitchen table, fully stocked kitchen, new cleaning supplies for our stay, newer washer and dryer, and beach equipment in the garage was noticed and appreciated. Our favorite part of the stay was the covered porch, pool area and heated pool. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee and evenings playing cards in the covered porch area and the daytime in or around the amazing pool. With the palm tree coverage and fence area the pool area seemed lovely and private. This is a great vacation spot in many many ways.

Great location, great house, great communication

Nice home that had everything we needed. We used the bicycles daily. Short ride to 2 beaches. Short drives to Trader Joe's, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. Hope to come again someday!

Great stay!

Spotless. Plenty of space, just as pictured. Quiet walkable neighborhood close to beaches. Convenient to shopping, restaurants. Dan was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great location and home!

Perfect sized home for our family in a great location with easy access to the beach and everything else. Bikes came in very handy for getting around locally.

Absolutely perfect!

We had the best time staying here in Naples. We had 4 adults, one toddler and one infant. The house was spotless, and had everything we needed for a week. The washer and dryer on site was really helpful too. The location is perfect! Super quiet neighborhood, and just a short bike ride to restaurants, and the beach. We’d definitely stay here again!

Happy in Naples

Dan’s properties in Naples are always excellent. We enjoyed the great pool, closeness to the beach and Excellent restaurants near by. We usually visit twice a year and will stay at this property again.

Great home, location, and pool

Very clean home, perfect for a family of 4 or family +1. Nice kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms and a relaxing backyard and pool. Good neighborhood. This was just what we needed! Bikes, washer/dryer on site. Walking/biking distance to beach. Great communication with owners. Thank you!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time!! The house was perfect for the 6 of us. It was so clean and had everything we needed from linens to beach chairs/umbrellas. The pool was perfect for the kids to burn off energy in between the beach and other activities. We didn’t want to leave. 10 out of 10 recommend this house!

Great location!

I would definitely stay at this property again. Check in was seamless & the house had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, only a few minutes drive to our two favorite beaches — Delnor Wiggins and Vanderbilt. The teenagers with us enjoyed riding the bikes to the beaches and around the neighborhood. Dan was quick to respond to the few questions I had initially. I hope this house is available next time I’m in Naples!

Excellent Vacation Rental

Cannot say a bad word about our vacation house. It was very clean and our time spent was very enjoyable, except for the heat and humidity, lol. The home was very cool to escape the heat and humidity. Should we go back to Naples for another vacation it will be the house we stayed at. Thank you, Dan!

A Nice Naples

The property was exactly as advertised, the recommendations were helpful and most importantly the check in and check out were easy. In town for a wedding and it was helpful that our stay was the easiest part of the trip, as it should be. This allowed us to enjoy Naples and the wedding. Thank you.

Exemplary interaction with property owner

The property was everything we expected and more. The location was excellent, with close proximity to two beaches and easy access to some fantastic nature areas like Big Cypress Preserve and Corkscrew Audubon Sanctuary. Our grandkids from Minnesota loved the pool, and it was almost impossible to get them out of it. We had a couple of minor issues arise with the house during our stay, and the owner took care of them immediately after we notified him of the issues. Although one of the issues was a typical wear-and-tear event and required additional work beyond our stay, the interim fix the owner put in place worked out well, and he even provided a partial refund for our inconvenience. We didn't expect that, and it just demonstrated how the owner treats his guests. Kudos to Dan.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Besides the wonderful location of this home, it is set up to set back and enjoy. The area is very quiet, and private. The back yard is south facing so this is plenty of sunshine and Florida warmth. Walking or biking is easy in this area due to sidewalks, parks and bike paths. During the season, say goodbye to the traffic in Naples because you can stay west of Route 41 the entire time, trust me, this location is wonderful.
