Comfortable and Convenient Property

Location was great and the house had everything we needed. It was very close to nice beaches and restaurants. We also really enjoyed the pool and the grill. It was a nice vacation to disconnect and have fun with the family.

Lovely stay.

Absolutely fantastic with every thing you want in the property even heated pool, bikes for those enthusiastic to use them ample parking inside or garage. Nearby supermarket short drive away plus numerous eat out places. Would definitely stay here again the best we both enjoyed this property.

Another Great Experience!

This was our third stay in this property, and as usual we were happy with everything. If you're looking for a comfortable place with a really nice pool area for a reasonable price, this is it! Close to everything....shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was at a great location in Naples for walks or riding bikes, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The owner left an informative binder that we used throughout our stay. The house was clean and perfect for our family. The extra touches of fresh flowers on the kitchen table, fully stocked kitchen, new cleaning supplies for our stay, newer washer and dryer, and beach equipment in the garage was noticed and appreciated. Our favorite part of the stay was the covered porch, pool area and heated pool. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee and evenings playing cards in the covered porch area and the daytime in or around the amazing pool. With the palm tree coverage and fence area the pool area seemed lovely and private. This is a great vacation spot in many many ways.

I loved the property and the amenities included. The pool was awesome and Dan was attentive. We spent a day at the beach and were able to utilize the beach chairs and umbrella available in the garage. There were plenty of towels and blankets which were needed.

3rd stay at Dan's properties

Thoroughly enjoyed the home and pool again, only downside was the home next door was under construction for the week. Not a lot of noise but they were working everyday including Sunday. Small temporary inconvenience. Overall great location and great vacation.

Great Location

Property was located in a great proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was fantastic. Inside could use a fresh coat of paint and water pressure and temperature was poor in master bath. Kitchen was well stocked but disposal did not work. Back lanai was great for eating breakfast and taking a break from the sun. The neighbor was very helpful as was Dan. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Very clean home, beautiful and relaxing pool and landscaping. Great walking area to both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Beach. Quiet neighborhood, safe, well-patrolled area by Collier County Sheriff's Office. This was our second time staying there and it was as good as the first. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. You won't want to miss sunset on the beach with chairs, umbrella, towels, bikes and other amenities provided at the home.

Incredible Home

We will be back! Dan your property is incredible. We stayed with our two young girls for a week and this house was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. The pool was used every day. The area is quiet at night which was such a treat.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Besides the wonderful location of this home, it is set up to set back and enjoy. The area is very quiet, and private. The back yard is south facing so this is plenty of sunshine and Florida warmth. Walking or biking is easy in this area due to sidewalks, parks and bike paths. During the season, say goodbye to the traffic in Naples because you can stay west of Route 41 the entire time, trust me, this location is wonderful.
