A large sectional and 55â Smart TV with satellite service set the tone for cozy evenings, while floor to ceiling windows bring in endless ocean views. The newly remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and everything you need for family meals or entertaining. Between the dining table and bar seating, up to 14 guests can gather together.
From the living room, slide open the doors to your private beachfront patio. Here you'll find a gas fire pit, outdoor seating, and the perfect spot to watch the sunset with your toes in the sand.

Local dining, coffee shops, and boutique shopping are just minutes away, while Balboa Pier, the Fun Zone, and boat rentals are nearby for daytime adventures. Disneyland and Fashion Island are within easy driving distance for even more family fun.
Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or create lifelong memories by the ocean, this beachfront home is the perfect setting for your Newport Beach getaway.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- One Security Camera at the Front Door.
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 4 Parking Spots.
- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
