Den har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum (dusch och badkar), hög energi tvättmaskin och torktumlare, plats för 2 bilar i 4-bilgaraget, höghastighetsinternet, platt-TV, stereoanläggning etc. Den övre enheten har balkong med havsutsikt och den nedre enheten har en uteplats. med minst 10 stolar och 2 bord. Fastigheten är en duplex och den som anges här är den lägre enheten som hyr på kort sikt och varje vecka från lördag till lördag från juni till augusti. Den övre enheten är av samma storlek och hyr ett 9-månaders hyresavtal från mitten av september till mitten av juni. Det är tillgängligt den första veckan i juni varje vecka. The heart of Newport Beach

The property was just as advertised, well-furnished, clean, full of amenities including a garage which was a huge plus as on-street parking can be limited. We had everything we needed and wanted, including a washer & dryer. The only detraction was not being able to access the property until later than promised due to late cleaning. We would happily return.

Familial Coastal Cottage

Incredible house, especially for longer stays or with family/larger groups! The upstairs downstairs areas make this house perfect for spreading out groups. The amenities were numerous, with every imaginable kitchen appliance, from spices to bakewear, to the assortment of bikes, boards, and water toys, creating numerous activity options both inside and around the house..House is very clean, has a garage and both host are very helpful with any questions you might have. Right of the beach within walking distance to Lido Penisula

A great place in newport beach a 5 min walk max to the boardwalk for beach, bike, restaurants and bars. also walking distance to balboa island and biking distance to huntington beach. Owners are very welcoming.

Beautiful beach home!!

The beach house stay was wonderful! We had everything we needed available to use such as beach towels and toys, trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, and ziplock bags. It was well stocked with everything we needed! We loved being so close to the beach and restaurants! It was a perfect place for a vacation!

A SoCal Paradise

We have stayed in Newport beach on a number of occasions and found Joan and Joe's property to be the most comfortable with the best location; especially for a family of 4. Close enough to hear the surf at night but far enough away to not hear the cars and surfers at the pier. Joe was quick respond when I had a question. We loved the front porch and umbrellas and the convenience of a two car garage. We look forward to another stay in 2026.

Great Beach House

Our stay at Newport Beach was fantastic. The place was clean, comfortable and homey. Joe and Joan are excellent hosts and have the garage stocked with everything you need for the beach!! Just a 60 second walk to the sand. The place was perfect for our family of 5. We hope to come back next year for a longer stay.

Perfect Newport Stay

We love this place, this is our second stay

The garage parking is so nice to have. They have it stocked with everything you need for the beach! They have towels, chairs, boogie boards, toys bikes! It’s perfect. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfy and it has a new washer and drying in the house. The location can’t be beat. The beach is 7 houses away from the beach and close to everything you want, restaurants, shops and the pier. It sleeps 6 comfortably and can sleep 8 will the couch. Having 2 bathrooms is very nice too.

Very convenient apartment with garage well located

The house is very well equipped with all necessary items (oil and spices, laundry detergent, beach towels, two bicycles...). Grocery store is 5' walking distance from the house. You really feel you are welcome! Communication with Joe is easy. Thank you.

My husband and I grew up in Southern California and always dreamed of owning a place in Newport Beach. After spending several years working overseas in Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines we returned to fulfill that dream. In 1990 we bought a brand new duplex in Newport and it has become a favorite place for our family and friends to stay.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our place is a 20 minute drive from John Wayne airport, 30 minutes from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. It is also within walking distance to the Newport and Balboa Piers as well as great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, not to mention only 7 houses from the beach. One of our favorite things to do in the afternoon is to walk down the boardwalk and get a frozen banana.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Another favorite past time is to sip our morning coffee on the patio while watching the pods of dolphins and Catalina Island in the distance. The gentle waves made it ideal for swimming, surfing or body surfing.
