We had a large group and the house was spacious and very clean. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms were clean, everything you need for cooking was supplied. The area is beautiful, highly recommend, and the hosts were very responsive and extremely accommodating for our last minute circumstances.

We had an excellent stay! The property appears to be fairly new, was extremely clean and the hosts were excellent communicators. We were a party of 10 with 2 couples and their adult children. We enjoyed spending time on the beautiful patio, complete with a fireplace table, grill and a very large hot tub. Spacious kitchen with all the amenities and plenty of beds and bathrooms! Highly recommend!

there was a ton of room in this house, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of bathrooms. It was really great for our extended family ski gathering.The place was clean and had had everything you would need- we would come again!

We decided to take a last minute trip up to sleeping bear dunes and hit the jackpot with this home being available! We could not have imagined a nicer home to serve as our home base. We didn't have much time to plan ahead but thankfully the owners of this house have already thought of everything their guests could possibly need or want for a memorable stress-free getaway! It almost felt like we were able to take our own home with us on vacation but with SIGNIFICANT upgrades. Every amenity is thoughtfully laid out. The floor plan of the home is perfect for families large or small, well decorated, perfectly furnished and absolutely top-notch in every way. Hope we get a chance to come back!

This place was beautiful except for the couches were torn up. It would be nice to sit on something that has no wear and tear. The property is beautiful. The beach is breathtaking.

Great house! We stayed with 10 people plus our 2 pups. The only downside is temperature on 2nd floor was warmer than 1st floor.

Marathon weekend

This was a good location that was central to neighboring towns. We were a family with children. The house accommodated most of our needs. The one thing I would suggest is at least a 2nd tv. With 10 people and some were children it was limited to what and when we shared the tv. House was clean and great communication with host.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and matched the listing photos exactly. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to reply when we had questions on where to find something. The house feels very secluded but is a quick drive to town. We loved the outdoor firepit and the hot tub

Would highly recommend. This house was clean and spacious. Lots of beds and individual rooms for all the guest. Great space outside with gas fire pit, seating area, yard games and hot tub. Deer walked through the back yard every day multiple times even if we were outside. The kitchen had tons of space and was supplied with all the kitchen amenities a family would need. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the living room space was also great. We Went to the beach and kayaking while we stayed there but there was so much more to do in that area that we didn’t have time for. The host was very good at communication before and during our stay. This rental process is was very smooth for us I would recommend this house to anybody and we have already discussed coming back up here.

The house and property were a perfect match for our family of 14. The kitchen was very organized & well stocked with all the necessary food prep and serve items, and a bonus walk-in pantry was a great space for food management. The indoor & outdoor hang out spaces were very accommodating for the group along with well thought out bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. We received exceptional communication from the host who was very hospitable and responsive before, during, and after our stay. Bears Den is on our list of return spots for future family gatherings in northern Michigan.

Beautiful modern home located out in nature. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place! The lake is just a very short walk away.
