Welcome to Bahia Villa, a modern coastal retreat offering the perfect blend of comfort, connection, and relaxed island living. This full property includes both the upper Bahia Vista and garden level Bahia Tide units (it's an upper/lower duplex), combined creating a four-bedroom, two and half bath home ideal for families and groups.
Enjoy the private heated pool, waterfront dock, and spacious outdoor living areas just a four-minute walk from Fort Myers Beach. The layout provides plenty of room to gather while also offering privacy across two self-contained levels, each with a full kitchen and open living space.
For the 2025â2026 season, Bahia Villa is being refreshed with all new linens, a custom outdoor kitchen, and a redesigned outdoor living, ready for guests beginning in December. Photos of these updates will be added soon.
