Hayman Hideaway: Rare Westside ocean view!

A little bit about us: we are a missionary family on the go! This is our home base and we're delighted to share our little slice of paradise with you. We travel in the summer while our children are on their school break and are so happy you've chosen our home for making your sweet summer beach memories. We also want to specify that you have full access to the second and third floors of a three story home. The bottom floor is a completely separate suite with no internal staircase. You may find another vehicle parked in the grass to the left of the driveway and they will need to be able to move their car in and out.

Enter at the second level and the hallway leads to the master bedroom with queen size bed that opens into a Jack and Jill dual vanity bathroom with shower and bathtub. Next is the second bedroom with a king size bed. Last is the third bedroom with 3 twin beds which also has an attached bathroom with shower. Up the stairs you find the purpose for this reverse plan layout. The open concept kitchen and lounge lead to a spacious deck with ocean views, perfect for cooking out after a day at the beach if you decide to forgo one of our many local restaurants. A half bath is also located at the top of the stairs. An outdoor shower is located on the front left corner of the house to help wrap up a day spent in the sand. Our local movie theater is just one mile South, but if you opt for a night in please enjoy access to Netflix or enjoy a range of available DVD or Blurays. If game night is more your style, you'll have access to plenty of family game night options as well. Don't forget to use the S'mores welcome kit around the fire pit and play some bocce ball on the court in the backyard. If corn hole or yard Yahtzee are more your style you can toss those things around or even play giant connect four!
