Cute, quiet neighborhood with great location: UW-Eau Claire (3 min), downtown (7 min), Mayo Clinic (8 min).

We've fallen in love with Eau Claire and the Putnam Heights neighborhood, and would love to share it with others! We love Eau Claire for all of the restaurants, activities, and beautiful natural surroundings combined with the convenience and charm of being in a small city.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Just minutes to downtown and major emoloyers, Putnam Heights is well-maintained, quiet, and conveniently located, making it one of the more desirable neighborhoods in the city. Our home is situated on the north side of Putnam Heights, giving it close proximity to the main thoroughfares. A large and newer Hy-Vee grocery store is 2 miles away.
