You won't have to choose between views hereâthis gorgeous property offers breathtaking water views of both the Gulf of America and St. Joe Bay from almost every level. Designed for a comfortable family vacation, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in the Silent Sands Community is the perfect backdrop for your next unforgettable getaway.
Rest & Relaxation: 4 Bedrooms, 2 Master Suites. Redfish Reef boasts a superb layout for families, with two dedicated King Master Suites and flexible bedding for children.
The Luxury of the Upper Level & Main Living - The entire third floor is an expansive open-concept living space designed for gathering. It includes:
*Gourmet Kitchen: A chef's dream, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a regular coffee maker, and a Keurig.
*Dining & Deck: The large dining table comfortably seats 10, with additional outdoor seating for 6 on the spacious screened deck, where you can enjoy dinner with a view. *
*Entertainment: The living room features a 50-inch Smart TV with Bluetooth surround sound, perfect for movie nights or setting a relaxing vibe throughout the entire floor.
*Master Suite (Bay View): Tucked away on the main living floor, this beautifully decorated King Master Suite offers amazing St. Joe Bay views and a spacious private tiled shower.
The midlevel of the home hosts 3 spacious bedrooms.
*King Suite (Gulf View): A private sanctuary featuring a King bed, private tiled bath, and a private deck overlooking the Gulf and pool.
* King bed: A spacious room with a gorgeous view of St. Joesphs Bay and a Smart TV.
* Bunk room: Ideal for kids with a twin-over-full bunk and a pull-out twin trundle, plus a Smart TV and an arcade game. In the closet, you will find games, puzzles, and a small pack n play for a baby. This room also has a great view of St. Joesphs Bay.
These two beautiful bedrooms share a spacious hall full bath, which includes a tub.
Outdoor Oasis & Extra Perks -Step outside to discover your private resort area, built for fun and convenience.
Private Pool & Deck: An expansive and comfortable deck surrounds the private pool. We have 5 lounge chairs perfect for sunning and a variety of pool floats for you to enjoy. The pool may be heated (fees apply) during those cold months. In addition, you'll find a hot/cold outdoor shower, both a BBQ charcoal & gas grill, and a picnic table. On the veranda, you will find lots of comfortable seating to relax and get out of the sun.
Convenience: The first-floor entry includes a separate laundry room with an extra full-size refrigeratorâperfect for keeping pool drinks and snacks cold!
Parking & Gear: Enjoy ample parking that can accommodate four large vehicles, plus room for a boat with a power hookup. We provide a variety of beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys to be taken down to the beach to enjoy.
Kid Amenities: We make traveling easy with a booster seat, Pack and Play, baby gates, and a child's step stool provided.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love Reef Dr. as it takes you back to old Florida, where it is quiet and just a 2-minute walk to the beach. We have a private boardwalk for the 9 houses on our road.

The views are spectacular as you can view both the Gulf of America and the St. Joseph's Bay from our home. Just a short walk to the water either way you go.
