Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. I am sorry the apartment’s condition and maintenance issues did not meet your expectations, and I understand how frustrating that must have been. Your comments about the furnishings, faucet, and door lock are very helpful, and we will review them with our maintenance and management teams to prioritize improvements.
