Denna fullt möblerade, ett sovrum, dagsljus källare (78 "tak) lägenhet totalrenoverades under sommaren och hösten 2013.

Beläget i en ägare ockuperade 1916 Seattle bungalow, visar denna källare lägenhet några tecken på källaren eller av 1916. Styling är mycket modern och varmt utrymme har full konvertering med bästa tätskikt, isolering, värme och inredning.

Fastigheten har en egen ingång, en full äter i köket med nya apparater, inklusive en rad, kylskåp och diskmaskin. Great Location

Clean, one bedroom, apartment close to downtown Seattle

Nicely furnished, clean, apartment located in a quiet neighborhood 10 min drive from downtown Seattle. We felt well taken care of with host Sarah only a phone call away. My husband and I would highly recommend staying at Woodland Park Suite.

Tranquil Little Stay

My best friend and I enjoyed this tranquil little place. We are both under 5’2, so this place felt like it fit us perfectly (low ceilings/not for the tall). We were able to pull the couch out into a bed so we could each have our own room and bed to enjoy. It was super clean, washer and dryer were available. We wish we wouldn’t have been so busy so we could have cooked in and used the full kitchen. The neighborhood is the coolest and walkable to some great places - we would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely unit in an ideal location

My family (including a toddler) had a lovely weekend here. Cozy but not cramped, with a large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and super comfy bedroom and living area. Close to the zoo, Ballard, and easy access to other neighborhoods and the freeway. Street parking was very easy to find on the same block. Hosts were friendly and communicative, and the unit itself lacked for nothing. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place in Fremont

A very clean, comfortable place to come back to, after a long day in the city or mountains. It’s a home away from home with a great kitchen, and great access to transit. The neighborhood has everything you could want too. I really enjoyed staying here!

Awesome Fremont apartment

This apartment was everything we could ask for. Very close to family, bus lines, grocery shopping and much more. We had no trouble with parking or traffic in the area. Everything we needed was included with nice little extras such as fresh flowers and beverages. Also appreciated the Brita water system. Having a washer/dryer really was helpful. We will definitely return here soon.

Wonderful Seattle stay.

We had a great stay at Woodland Park Suite. We were there to celebrate our son's wedding. My husband and I stayed here for 5 days then my sister and her family moved in while we moved next door to VROB 453800. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There were fresh flowers and a nicely stocked kitchen. We fortunately had great weather so were able to use the nice yard. Sarah was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, for example, my sister had her daughter and granddaughter with her. Sarah left some fun things for the baby to use. It is a great neighborhood for taking walks, walking to restaurants and the zoo. Bus stops are close by that can take you to major sites. We did have a car and had not problem with parking. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Seattle. Thank you Sarah!

Enjoyed our time..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodland Park Suite. The place is very well done, and was extremely clean. We were able to figure out the bus system to get downtown without a problem. We had purchased a City Pass, which is the way to go to see many attractions.

Fall in Fremont

The Woodland Park Suite was exactly as described and completely fit my needs for a recent week long stay. Although the ceiling is lower than regular room height, it still worked out fine--even for someone as tall as me (6'1"). The fresh flowers were a thoughtful and welcoming touch.

Very nice apartment

We stayed here with our 2 childeren (10mo and 4yrs) for a week while in Seattle for a wedding. The place was very nice, clean, and welcoming. It had everything we needed for our short stay, including a pack and play, kitchen, and laundry. I would definitely recommend the rental.

Great Seattle Lodging

Comfortable, contemporary apartment with lots of amenities and decorative touches. Easy walking distance to public transportation and local restaurants. Very comfortable bed; lots of windows and good lighting; low ceilings were not an issue not was street parking. Nice neighborhood.

Beautiful property in the heart of Fremont

Extremely well done basement apartment. Like all of them in that area, it has a low ceiling, but everything about this one is modern and well appointed. Fantastic kitchen for a tight space. The pull out sofa was a nice treat too. Easy to get in and out also.

Friendly hosts, great location

We spent a few months here last year, as we were looking for a house to buy. The unit is on the lower level, but there are enough windows to make it seem open, and it was really well equiped for cooking, laundry, and TV internet connections. The location can't be beat, close to Green Lake, UW, not that far from downtown Seattle, and Fremont is a unique and colorful neighborhood. Jeff and Sarah and their two kids are a nice family, and they are accessible for whatever you might need. We had a couple of unusual requirements, and they found a way to accommodate with no problem. Sometimes the biggest challenge was getting up early, as it is super comfortable and quiet, not much street noise. With kids and pets there is a little overhead noise, but it never lasts too long. I'd recommend this for a short or long term stay.

Seattle getaway

Overall great place. We arrived to a beautiful basement apartment that had all the amenities you could need and more. Sarah added wonderful personal touches that made us feel extra welcome. The location is wonderful, we walked to the zoo which is just a couple blocks away and there are great restaurants and markets within walking distance. It is a basement apartment so you can hear footsteps and voices from the main house but it's to be expected from a basement. Overall a great place.

Would definitely rent again

The suite was immaculate and very well equipped. The owners, Sarah & Jeff are very welcoming and helpful regarding information about the Fremont neighbourhood and Seattle in general. There were three adults in our group and the suite was very accommodating for all. Staying in the Woodland Park Suite is like living in an IKEA showroom. The location is convenient for the zoo and accessible to downtown Seattle. We will definitely rent again when we return to Seattle.

Very nice

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Convenient location close to Fremont, Green Lake, Woodland Park Zoo, and north Seattle. Close to Aurora Ave and Fremont Ave for easy access north and south, but in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy street parking. Nice hosts.

Very nice place, close to Seattle

It is a newly renovated basement apartment that is sparkling clean and everything including kitchen ware was new from IKEA. We enjoyed the location in Fremont which was very close to our daughter's place. The owner welcomed us and helped describe where to visit and eat in Seattle and how to get there. This was very helpful. We enjoyed the small bottles of wine and beer and the coffee and tea. Our adult son flew in for the week we stayed there and slept on the sofa in the living room that turns into a double bed. He was very thankful for the additional memory foam mattress pad to make the bed more comfortable. We really appreciated the washer and dryer available for us to use. The only surprise was the $1500.00 deposit fee that was totally refundable if there was no damage to the place. Since we never have damaged a place, it didn't seem necessary to lose the lesser security deposit fee by VBRO. So we paid the $1500. It seems an extreme fee by VBRO. (I hope we have been refunded it. We are still traveling at this time and have not checked our account.) Other than that, we recommend this place and may come again another year if our daughter and son-in-law are still living in Fremont Seattle. You will like the place.

Neat and clean with a great walking score.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five week stay at the Woodland Park Suite. We were in walking distance to a grocery store, several excellent resturaunts, a coffee shop, rose garden, and the Woodland Park Zoo. The E Line express bus to downtown Seattle was only a block and a half away on Aurora Ave and we could catch the east/west bus to Ballard or the University about a block and a half away on 45th and Fremont. A walk around Green Lake gave a us a great opportunity to exercise, people watch, and even do some stand up paddle boarding. Sarah and her family did everything they could to make sure our stay was pleasant. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The washer and dryer in the apartment was a great convenience for our extended stay. The Woodland Park Suite is a great place to stay if you want visit downtown Seattle and neighborhoods to the north (Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford and the University District).

We are a family of 4 and have owned this home since December of 2006. We have done a number of renovations on the property over the years and have decided to take on the significant project of redoing the basement, bringing it down to the foundation and slab on grade and starting fresh.

We love the location of our home and we know that you will too. The house is tucked into a quiet nook of Upper Fremont, yet has immediate access to several major thoroughfares and countless amenities.
