Beautiful Beach Bungalow - fully remodeled, floor to ceiling with the utmost attention to detail. Private home located on a neighborhood side street, in the heart of the Crescent Beach section of NMB -- just three blocks walk, or golf cart, to the water.



The owner has thoughtfully updated this perfect family home into an extravagant vacation retreat. New ceramic tile floors throughout, updated bedroom and family room furnishings, new bedding, including mattresses, fresh paint, granite counters for kitchen and baths, new cabinetry, new modern stainless appliances; the list of improvements just keeps going. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with the best essentials for family meals including, dishware, cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, grillling supplies, etc. etc.



** This property has two Ring doorbell cameras with video: one at the front door and one at the back door.



*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group.



The main bedroom is a King size bed, with beautiful, comfortable furnishings and double wide his/hers closets. The attached bath is remodeled with new granite vanity, fixtures, and flooring. In the main bath, there is a shower stall surround (no tub). The guest rooms are freshly furnished with the perfect beach touches.

One guest room is 2 Twins, the other is a Queen, both with nice large windows to let in the sunshine. The two guest rooms share the remodeled hall bath - new marble floors, built-in cabinetry, granite vanity, large tiled shower w/ bench seating (no tub) and adjustable hand held sprayer. This shower is a roll-in for handicap access. The 2nd family room offers TV, spacious, comfortable seating, plus a Murphy Bed (queen) from a built-in cabinet and allows sleeping for kids in the group. The owner gladly provides a high chair and pack-n-play for your little ones.



**New addition to this amazing home. There is now a 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom located just off the family room. This great space has a queen bed and a murphy bed (queen) with an ensuite. The large walk in shower has a tile seat and plenty of room.



A cozy living room welcomes you, with an electric fireplace for cool nights. There is also a separate family room, nicely furnished with its own large tv, to give everyone a little extra space. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with three stools for the breakfast bar. There is a large, walk-in laundry room, with full size washer and dryer. Of course, free Wi-Fi is included within the home.



There is parking for 5-6 vehicles in the driveway and a shared garage area for the FREE golf cart and beach supplies for the kids. ** NO MOTORCYCLES ** There are bicycles, games, and corn hole. Enjoy the front porch rocking chairs and swing, or the open back deck that allows for great grilling (Blackstone propane) and kids' activity space. There is an outdoor shower (hot & cold water) for rinsing the sand. The owner also provides a few beach chairs and an umbrella for guest convenience

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay! They have truly thought of everything. Very spacious and beautifully done! We loved the pool & golf cart for quick and easy access to the beach. We also appreciated the privacy of the location with large parking area but also being so close to the beach and local stores and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend!

Love, Love, Love this house!! It has everything you need and want for the beach. This house is so nice. It's clean, it's roomy and it's so cute!! The golf cart is such a huge benefit to getting to the beach, which is close by. The bathrooms are great size and the mattresses are very comfy to me. The pool is so nice when you don't want to go anywhere. There are a lot of pool floats and toys already there. It's also handy that this rental comes with linens and towels. I will definitely be going back!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST VACAY RENTAL!!!

Our stay at this immaculate home was awesome! The house is just perfect, from the professionally landscaped yard to the beautifully decorated interior. Perfection. Anything that we needed to prepare meals was easily found in the kitchen. They've thought of everything. We enjoyed watching our favorite shows in the evening in the den on their HUGE flatscreen TV. I felt like I was in a theater. Five of the seats reclined! We were all able to put our feet up. The pool was beautiful. There were comfortable water lounges on the tanning deck of the pool that we really enjoyed, and when the sun was too hot mid-day, we put the umbrella up...in the pool! We especially loved the golf cart that we took back and forth to the beach and down the street to get ice cream. We even took it to dinner! Everything you need for outdoor fun is in the garage...pool toys, beach toys, and chairs to take down to the ocean...and bikes! This was the most fun and relaxing vacation I've been on in years. LOWERY HOUSE, we will be back!

The Lowery House

This house was exactly what we needed for our trip. It was more than enough space so that it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other like in years past at hotels. The pool was so nice to have just for us. The golf cart was great to just drive the kids around the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings. Location is everything the Lowery house has everything you need right around. It was so quiet and relaxing, just what we needed. There’s so many things at the house for kids to do, hammock, basketball, pool, bikes for a bike ride. Not to mention they have everything you need for the beach and pool which included beach chairs, umbrellas and rafts for the pool. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Best Beach House in North Myrtle Beach

This house was so accommodating and is absolutely loaded with amenities for all ages. Been coming to Myrtle Beach for almost 40 years, and this is beyond any expectations I could have. To be blunt I have extremely high expectations and standards. If you have children this house is absolutely for you with an amazing in ground pool and gas powered golf cart. If you dont have kids then the early mornings front porch coffee times will sooth your soul. This house will effect you down in the deepest parts of your heart that may have not been touched in a while. The location is perfect... a hop skip and jump from all the best restaurants and places for amusement. The beach is so close you can feel the salt kiss your face. If there is any place that is heaven on earth, look no further... you have found your forever destination for vacations. The owners have absolutely thought of your family from the youngest to the oldest in every form and fashion. The rooms are very roomy and beds are worth sleeping in a little extra each day. If your not into sleeping in then get up and use the fully loaded kitchen and make you some good food and embrace the day the location is perfect. I could fill up this review on and on til the sun comes up tomorrow but all I can say is trust me.... This is a must rent vacation house

Very nice house close to beach

This house is very nice - definitely has recently been upgraded and was done very well. 3 bedrooms as spacious, each with their own TV. Golf cart made going to beach (about 3-4 blocks away) very easy. They had everything you could need - big beach umbrella, beach chairs, bikes, games, sports equipment. We had a great stay.

Ideal vacation property

We had a wonderful stay at the Lowry Beach House,the property was clean and well maintained, we had a couple of items needing attention and they were attended to within a short time. The beach was in walking distance 10 minutes but the golf cart made it so easy to take all we needed to beach. We highly recommend this property and the Owner Direct Rental agency. Thank you.

FANTASTIC!!!!

This property and they managing company are very very professional. The home was just as the pictures show. The location was great. My son and a family friend are both in wheelchairs and this home was very accessible. We had a wonderful vacation and would encourage folks who need accessible home to visit this property. We hope to come again, and again and again!!!
