This lovely cottage home is just a short block to the beautiful Atlantic blue waters in the Crescent Beach area. This great beach house has been smartly renovated and family friendly details make it summer ready. The vintage charm comes thru in the original knotty pine wood walls and high soaring ceiling, while fresh paint, decor, bedding and furnishings, will make for a comfortable coastal getaway.
The kitchen has been smartly updated with all new appliances, quartz countertops. Well stocked with essentials for cooking, or plan a great seafood feast, grilled by the pool. There is a large pantry off the kitchen offering more shelf space for weekly provisions and extra kitchen necessities are perfectly stored. The full-size, front loaded, washer and dryer are also included.
In total, there are 4 bedrooms, with 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds and 4 Twin beds. All have new memory foam mattresses. The downstairs bedroom with 2 Queens, has its own private bath/shower combo. The downstairs bedroom with 2 Twins, shares a bath (shower stall only) with the downstairs King bedroom. Upstairs is a private main suite with a King bed and a single Twin bed. The main bedroom offers a great remodeled bathroom (shower stall only). Downstairs, in the sun-porch entry, there is an additional day bed (twin) for one extra person.
The living room allows space to gather around the large flat screen TV and relax after your busy day. This lovely beach house comes with a huge fenced-in yard and a new salt water pool. The pool will be open and cleaning services continue thru October. Private pool is not heated. On a normal day, the outside temperature (sunny/cloudy) will determine the daily temperature of the water, The pool is appx. 5 feet at the deepest point.

You might enjoy renting a golf cart from one of the local vendors -- most will drop off and pick up at your location, and use it to shuttle back and forth to the beach and around town for ice cream excursions in the evening.

Fantastic cottage with terrific beach access!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely happy with this house. The photos and descriptions don't tell the full story - it's even better than it seems! The kitchen was PERFECTLY stocked. I cook a lot, and we have 4 kids, and there was everything we need. I usually take so much kitchen gear, but everything we needed was there (actual usable pots and pans, great dishes, pyrex, baking pans, etc). The pool set up is GREAT! It's 2 minutes to the beach, and a great entry point too, not over crowded, with a ramp, and quiet neighborhood. We loved the layout with our kids all near the common areas and not too spread out. The only thing I would REALLY recommend is a dining table that seats at least 6. The current 4 person dining table is just not enough for a house that sleeps this many people. We adapted by eating outside every night, but it seems like an easy switch for the owners. The owners left us a very thoughtful welcome package, with the best starter kit we've ever had at a beach house!!! and a hand written note. Incredibly thoughtful. We also really loved working with the staff in the management office. They were fantastic! Very helpful and friendly.

Turtles Nest

Amazing! This house was perfect for what we needed! We had 9 People and everybody had a comfortable bed and bathroom to relax in if we were not by the pool or on the beach. The house is charming with beach country vibes and what you’d expect form a rental:)This is an awesome family spot if you have kids, yet not so great for Pre teen, or teens they will defiantly get board! Even with the Board Walk activities in Myrtle Beach. We did have to call management a couple of times and they sent someone right over, to help. The AC stoped working and the roof was leaking onto a dresser, and one of the beds, but Liz and Tracey were right there for us. The beach was also great. Clean and pretty with lots of waves. The house was just a 5 minute walk and if someone can’t make it , or there’s little kids there’s parking right at the beach walk way entrance that’s only 4 dollars an hour, so if you want that ez back and forth for the bathroom or snacks it a no brainer. We actually drove 14 hours to vacation here and can’t wait to do it again next year!

THE BEST VACATION EVER

But with 7 adults and 2 dogs ( 1 German Shepherd and 1 Lab Mix ) we needed something a little bigger and accommodating for everyone even the fur babies. I was hoping the relaxation n crescent beach house was exactly as stated in the description. You spend a lot of money and time planning your trip you want it to be perfect. THIS WAS PERFECT!! It was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, SPACIOUS IT WAS HOME AWAY FROM HOME. With a walk to the beach, a golf car ride away from shops, food, mini golf it was great. And for me sitting pool side with the fur-babies and family was all I needed. DEFINITELY LOOKING TO MAKE THIS A YEARLY TRIP!!

Decent Rental Close to Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the house was fine. Pros - 5 minute walk to the beach. Having a pool was super fun. I like how it was pet friendly. It was mostly clean. Close to restaurants and things to do. The internet was good. There were enough appliances, dishware and cookware. Cons - old house that’s been fixed up a bit. My husband and I woke up every morning stuffed up with sore throats. Its only big enough to hold four adults and their kids. It’s too small for more than four adults. If you’re staying for more than a few days bring toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. There is no dish soap or laundry detergent even though they require you to wash the pool towels. The pantry area is weird and run down.We had a really nice time. You are paying for the location which was excellent, but it’s always disappointing to pay so much and then get something run down. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located in a great community just a short walk from the beach access. Crescent beach is BEAUTIFUL. However, the house itself fell short of expectation. The bedroom set up wasn’t ideal as most of the sleeping space was downstairs, with one bedroom upstairs. Good for friends not necessarily families. The beds themselves were not very comfortable and the pillows were definitely needing to be replaced. Seating was limited for a rental that “sleeps” this amount of people. Even outdoors. Comfort across the board was lacking. The washer and dryer were convenient but the set up should be reevaluated. You can’t see the settings on the dryer with them stacked. And please update the refrigerator to ice/water dispenser! Ice cube trays are not what renters expect in 2022.Outdoors-we expected the pool to be cool. No problem. But, they did not mention it had a leak and we had to refill it which meant extra cold hose water. Pool company also had to come out and “shock” it because it was murky, which took 2 days. Lastly, the rental company was helpful. Especially the last man that came out. He was friendly and went out of his way to help. Thank you! With that said, from a safety standpoint, if sending staff to the house, please do announce they will be coming. The first person that came out was not in a uniform, or company car and I had to trust he actually was from the company. Also, with the large sign in the flower bed advertising the company-anyone could say that’s where they are from. Safety!!!

We would’ve preferred more seating options in the “living room” space. Considering it is a 4 bedroom house it only has comfortable seating for 3-4 people. Did have a couple items broken upon arrival but called the rental company and they told us they were already aware.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. We found the home to be very pleasant. Only complaint is that the house number is completely illegible from the street. We had two Amazon packages returned as undeliverable because the delivery driver could not read the numbers on the outside.

A Little Dive

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we rented this property. We were looking forward to some upgrades. It appears the owner has allowed it to fall into disrepair. The siding was falling down. The umbrella was broken. There was a small sink hole off the one side of the pool deck. The glass cooktop on the stove was broken which is an electrical risk. There were roaches in the upstairs bathroom. Lighting was dim. However, the location was great and Owner Direct was very responsive and professional. We will rent from Owner Direct again. Probably won't rent this property again.
