Härlig lägenhet vid stranden ligger vid Sea Winds på Marco Island. Njut av underbar utsikt över stranden, solnedgångar och delfiner som pirrar i Mexikanska golfen. Sea Winds lägenhet erbjuder pool, jacuzzi, tennisbanor, skärmad Lanai, säkerhet och hissar. Andelslägenhet ligger på andra våningen och har en underbar, fantastisk utsikt över hela stranden. Det är absolut möjligt att se delfiner ute i vattnet från Lanai!

Det finns också ett överflöd av shopping att välja mellan i området, från Marcos pittoreska butiker till den exklusiva Fifth Avenue i Neapel.

Marco Island 2025

We have stayed at this property for the last 3 years. The unit is very comfortable and has everything needed to enjoy your stay. The view from the unit is beautiful. The sunsets are spectacular. I would highly recommend this unit. There were 3 adults in our party.

Beautiful view

The view was wonderful. Seawinds is a great place to stay for the view. We have stayed in other units. We were somewhat disappointed with the advertised beach equipment. The cart was broken. The owner was unaware and responsive but am not sure when the cart will be replaced. We love the beach so a little bit of a disappointment for ease to the beach. Condo was nice. Deep cleaning needed but pretty clean. Seawinds is making some updates. This was the first time that we came and both elevators were working.

Great Stay at South Beach

This condo has the best location on Marco Island, just steps from the beach. The balcony has a spectacular view of the beach and is the perfect vantage point for sunset. The building is a bit tired, but we were pleased to see pictures in the lobby for a planned remodelThe hosts were extremely responsive.

Quick Get Away

We were disappointed with the property. There was a large musty smell if you closed the doors and turned on the air. The overall property had an over abundance of rules and was not very inviting. Don’t plan on cooking (even breakfast) as you have to have all your doors, front included open or the smoke detectors go off and the fire dept shows up. Will not stay here again

Marco getaway

First visit to Marco Island. This condo was very clean, had all amenities you need, and right on beach and oceanfront. Excellent location and condo for 2 people or small family of 3-4 ppl.

Peace and quiet

Marco is my happy place!

Last year they had sand toys and pool noodles. This year we had to buy them. An inconvenience since we didn’t have a car. Hopefully they will still be there next year. There were new stainless steel pots and pans that needed SOS pads to clean them properly. Again not supplied. Same with dish soap and dish washer soap. We were lucky to have some salt and pepper. Unit could use a deep cleaning. Fans are dusty and coffee pot looked like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in a long time. It was gross. Still love Marco and this unit. And we love the people we meet every year!

Another Great Stay!!!!

This was our second time staying here. We love the property! The balcony is an amazing place to enjoy the beach especially the sunsets. Dawn is amazing and always responds so quickly to questions! Place is clean and you just can’t beat the location!

Perfect family vacation!

The condo was perfectly set up, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach, including a well stocked storage locker with umbrellas and beach chairs.

Family Spring Break

Condo was very nice Negatives: Dryer was broken during entire stay. This was communicated to us the day prior. When only 1 towel is provided per person for an entire week and we can not wash towels. To only provide one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom is ridiculous. There are certain “amenities” that an owner/management company should provide and toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels should be provided. The constant need for keys to enter the property and pool is overbearing when you have 4 people and only two keys. The condo was clean and otherwise nice for our family.

Improvements to consider

Dryer was not operational. Told waiting for a part. Fire Alarm activated at 6:30 in the morning due to a failed sprinkler head on the 10 floor. Had to evacuate. Water damage to elevators. Consider replacing high water consuming toilets with more efficient ones. Replace old queen size mattress with a more comfortable king size. Great condo in a great location.
