The Peninsula is a lovely, private, gated waterfront community offering world-class amenities including a championship golf experience, a full-service spa, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, an outdoor wave pool, family activity, toddler splash pad, a professionally designed tennis (4 Premier & 2 Har-Tru courts) & pickle ball venue (6 courts), lighted basketball courts, large kids game room, the Terrace Grille, 33,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and more! A state of the art fitness center is also available. Guests will have access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus golf course ranked as a top course in Delaware (extra fee applies). There are also water sports on the bay through paddle board and kayak rentals.
Inside, you will find sun-filled living spaces, a fresh & fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room table that seats 10, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs that you can login to your accounts and stream your favorite shows from and a dedicated office space for remote work. There is also a private stoned patio with a gas fireplace and a barbecue grill.

There is plenty of parking space, our garage is available at your convenience (2cars), our driveway can fit up to 2 cars easily as well. 4 car maximum. NO STREET PARKING is allowed but guests are welcome to park at the clubhouse, if you have more than 4 cars.

AMENITIES MENU AND PRICING
Guests will have optional access to the world-renowned private Jack Nicklaus golf course on property. This homeâs location is just a short walk to the club house and pools (a map will be provided after booking). There is also easy access to the nature trails, fishing pier, private beach, Lakeside Village Center featuring tennis/pickle-ball courts, wave pool, spa, outdoor adult pool, new outdoor family pool, terrace grill, Olympic-sized indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, beautiful gym and yoga studio, lighted basketball courts, and large kids game room and nature center. Water sports on the bay through paddle-board and kayak rentals are also available.

-Age 16 and up: $30 per day or $125 per week
-Age 6â15: $20 per day or $85 per week
Off-Season (Unaccompanied Guests & Renters):
-Age 16 and up: $10 per day or $51 per week
-Age 6â15: $5 per day or $30 per week
- These fees exclude golf fees. Tennis and pickle-ball courts must be reserved prior to use with a $10 charge for in season and $5 for off season. This will allow 90 to 120 minutes of court time. Max 2 reservations per day. During the in-season, the fitness and pool facilities are closed to renters on Saturdays.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
--The Peninsula requires submission of the Gatehouse Registration Form 10 days prior to rental start. Please let us know if your booking window has passed to check if we are able to accommodate.
--This property DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
--The Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 4 cars.

While you donât have to leave, when you decide to venture outside this resort community, youâll be just a mile off Route 24 â close to great beaches, local restaurants, and everyday shopping needs. Nearby Harris Teeter, Giant and other daily conveniences offer everything you need without going far. Plus, Tanger Outlets are just a few minutes further!

Getting Around:
At The Peninsula, walkability is real! A 5-minute walk puts you on the private beach (outdoor wave pool) , in the indoor pool, on the golf course or in our amazing clubhouse. The indoor pool and fitness center will keep homeowners in shape year-round. You can also enjoy fishing, kayaking, crabbing, and bird-watching right inside this 24 hour-gated community.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
*Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet timesâ 10:00pm to 8:00am.
STARTER SUPPLIES : This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the starter pack of toiletries. If any initial supplies (coffee, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use.
PARKING : Guest park vehicles at their own risk and must abide by all community, city, county and state parking rules and laws. The community does not allow street parking and will tow cars. All vehicles must be parked in the garage and the driveway. Additional parking is allowed at the clubhouse
The property has an external camera at the exterior of the home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the case of a break-in, death, injury, or in the rare stay where house rules are broken, and in no way infringes upon the guestsâ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.
