Beläget nära vattnet vid Pot-Nets Bayside, gör detta 4 sovrum, 4 badrum hem för stora sammankomster i det rymliga vardagsrummet som kombinerar kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Ta en 5-minuters promenad längs strandpromenaden i marinan för att komma till den ständigt populära Paradise Grill, privata stranden, fiske och pirka bryggor. Pooler, tennis, basebollplan och lekplatser finns på plats. Det kan hyras båtlån till 40 dollar per dag. En golfbil ingår i den här fastigheten utan extra kostnad. Barn är välkomna och husdjur är också! Bra läge för kajakpaddling och stå-up paddleboarding! Det är en kort bilresa till den världsberömda golfbanan Baywood Greens (10 minuter), skattefria Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuter) och de pittoreska centrala områdena Rehoboth Beach och Lewes (30 minuter).

Vi har en vistelse på minst 7 nätter under vår sommarsäsong. Incheckning är kl 16 på söndagar och utcheckning är klockan 10:00 på söndagar. Vi har minst 2 nätter på alla andra tider på året.

RelaxingOff season visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large, beautiful and everything we wanted. The only problem was the cleanliness and a few broken things such as cabinets and bed frames. The master bedroom bed was coated in black animal hair, it was all over the blanket, pillow and mattress protector. We had to ask for it to all be switched out. The house itself clearly had been sitting empty due to the season as it had layers of dust and the floors had to be swept when I got there. The golf cart headlights were blown on one side and the grill barely worked. I will stay there again but with high hopes that next time the house will be clean and everything in working order.

Great location

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus.

Beautiful beach oasis at Pot-Nets

It was close to beautiful marinas, pools, and beach bay. The children had a great time in the playground and adults and children loved Paradise Grill.

The house (modular home) is in a trailer park and pre-manufactured homes site. Home was located near Paradise Grill which is loud on weekends and they play music until 11pm. The floor was coming up in several spots in kitchen and very dirty throughout the unit. Was about 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach as traffic is very heavy in the summer. We will look for a different place next time in Delaware.

The view of the water from the front porch while drinking our coffee is great (missing it this week) The floors need to be worked on and the golf cart would not charge. Baywood Green Wedding Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at PotNets for a weekend wedding at Baywood Greens, and this place was fantastic! The afterparty was held at Paradise Grill, which was a 3 minute golf cart ride, 6 minute walk. The golf cart was amazing, we cruised around all weekend. My friends, family and I had never been here and it was a wonderful place to stay. Would be excellent for a large family reunion, wedding or vacation. The house was clean and well stocked, we were plesantly suprised to find soap, dish washer tablets and laundry pods to get us started. It was affordable and SO SPACIOUS. Only recommendation I have is to explicitly say what is not provided. We enjoyed the pools, the beach area, golf carts and Paradise Grill. This house was great for accomodating large groups, we had only four couples stay at the house but hosted a large number for meals. The driveway had plenty of parking and the overflow lot was close by. Overall, this was a great place to rent, I wanted to buy the property!

50th anniversary

Great house, Poor cleaning experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation overall but the house was not clean upon arrival which was disappointing. They had to bring in an entire cleaning crew + Stanley Steamer the first day & had to replace the pots & pans, cutting boards, etc due to being dirty & unsanitary. There were several maintenance issues too which needed to be addressed. Management was responsive & took care of the issues but we lost the first day of our vacation due to this.

Could use some replacement of items such Replacement Toilet seats all were loose, same for door knobs, most do not lock, show wear and tear. Golf cart seemed to have charging issues some nights, plugged in green light but in am did not charge. Overall great stay and would come back and recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish I coukd give 5 stars down the line for our experience. This was our second stay and once again I had to clean the home in order to be comfortable. I don't think they take a look at the unit to ensure that it is in good condition and clean before the new guests arrive. I found broken window blinds, the walls are marked up. The pots and pans in this unit were all scratched up. I had to buy two for our use.The carpets are not clean. I had to clean the baseboards which showed a layer of dirt. The cabinet holding the trash can would not close properly. I mopped the floors and they were very dirty especially in the main sitting area and kitchen.I had a discussion with the rental manager before our check in date in which I expressed my concerns since this had been the case in the rental we had last year. She was understanding and kind. But in the end it didn't make a difference. Perhaps some don't mind it but I do and it upsets me. I think that a new cleaning company and a more thorough inspection previous to a guests arrival is needed. I am very dissapointed. I really like everything about the community but for the cost, I expected better.
