Koppla av och njut av den färgstarka utsikten över bukten och havbrisen som sitter på den öppna verandan med utsikt över marinan i detta nya (2019) hem! Ligger vid vattnet i Pot-Nets Bayside, detta 4 sovrum, 4. 5 badrum hem möjliggör stora sammankomster i det rymliga vardagsrum / matsal. Hemmet är prydd med massor av fönster och glasskjutdörrar som låter det vackra kustljuset översvämma hemmet. Ta en 5-minuters promenad längs strandpromenaden i marinan för att komma till den ständigt populära Paradise Grill, privata stranden, fiske och pirka bryggor. Pooler, tennis, basebollplan och lekplatser finns på plats. Det kan hyras båtlån till 40 dollar per dag. En golfbil ingår i den här fastigheten utan extra kostnad. Barn är välkomna och husdjur är också! Bra läge för kajakpaddling och stå-up paddleboarding! Det är en kort bilresa till den världsberömda golfbanan Baywood Greens (10 minuter), skattefria Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuter) och de pittoreska centrumsområdena Rehoboth Beach och Lewes (30 minuter).

PET-POLICY: Den här enheten är husdjursvänlig. Det finns en max 2 hundar (endast hundar). Djurägare måste betala ytterligare $ 20 per husdjur per natt städavgift. OM du planerar att ta med dig ett husdjur med dig, ring och tala med VÅR RESERVATIONIST.

Vi har en vistelse på minst 7 nätter under vår sommarsäsong. Incheckning är kl 16 på söndagar och utcheckning är klockan 10:00 på söndagar. Vi har minst 2 nätter på alla andra tider på året.

Annual Christmas Get-a-way in Delaware

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Not so secret Winter Getaway

We stay in the Pot-Nets community because of its surrounding and close proximity to the outlets and other attractions at Rehoboth Beach. This is our first time at 522 Ever Dream and it's everything we expect in this community. In light of the current pandemic, the management company does a great job to ensure the safety of their guests. Well done!

Great place, but needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

Fantastic Wedding Weekend

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

The staff, specifically Debbie Wilhelm, was and has always been a pleasure to deal with. She should get a gold star.😀

Great Vacation and great staff!!

Great view and accommodations loved being able to travel around on the golf cart, the pools and even the baseball field. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances. A few recommendations bring your own bath towels and wash clothes, they do supply them but they are not the greatest and they shed. Also, the place really needs a cleaning, cabinets and drawers with food and dust, dog food and dog hair on the floor. We didn’t have a dog but we had toddlers. Sliding doors beautiful to look out but don’t look down the tracks were filthy black and the toddlers had black on their feet constantly. Now Debbie was great and offered to have someone come clean it and we appreciated her response but we had already vacuumed and just decided we would let them know and move on. We had one of the best vacations and have already booked for next year.

Fantastic Home and Location

There was a total of 10 people staying in the home and very spacious. We all were very pleased with all amenities and the entire community. It was very momentous for my entire family!!!
