This home features a solar-heated pool, which works differently from a gas-heated pool.

A solar system uses the sun’s energy to warm the water. Because of this, the temperature isn’t adjustable like a gas heater.

The pool will naturally warm up on sunny days, and the water temperature will depend on daily weather conditions and outdoor temperatures.

On cloudy, cool, or rainy days, the water may feel cooler since the system relies on sunlight.
No Smoking or Vaping on Premises ($200 to $500 penalty charged if house rule is ignored).
No pets allowed ($500 to $1,000 penalty charged if house rule is ignored).
