I love Eagle Pointe for its wonderful amenities, beautiful wildlife, and close proximity to the lake. It feels like youâre miles away from town, yet youâre only 20 minutes from downtown Bloomington and the Indiana University campus. Itâs the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and convenient location.

This is the only large Airbnb within the Eagle Pointe resort, offering plenty of space for families and groups to relax and enjoy time together. With three bedrooms (nine if you rent both levels), comfortable gathering areas, and access to all the resort amenities, itâs the perfect place to experience the best of lake and golf resort living.
