Denna villa ligger bredvid Robert Trent Jones driving range och en av dess träningsgränser! När du går in i villaens foajé hälsas du av köket, matsal och vardagsrum. Köket är fullt utrustat för att möta all din familjs matlagningsbehov. Tvättmaskinen och torktumman finns också här. Matsalen har plats för sex, med ett extra bord och sittplatser för två ligger mellan mat och vardagsrum. Vardagsrummet har bekväma möbler och är tillräckligt stor för din familj att sprida ut framför plattskärms-TV. Det första våningen sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och eget badrum. Mästaren Badrummet har en duschkabin. Den andra våningen är där du hittar både Gäst sovrum med ett Jack och Jill badrum med kaklat badkar och dusch kombination mellan dem. Ett gästrum har en queen size-säng plus en uppsättning dubbel våningssängar tillsammans med en platt-TV. Det andra Gästrummet har också en drottning säng och en uppsättning dubbel våningssängar. Utanför den här stora villaen kan du njuta av ditt privata däck med en underbar utsikt över Robert Trent Jones golfbana. Lätt promenad till Robert Trent Jones klubbhus, Big Jims Restaurant, General Store, Alexanders Restaurant och Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.

Vacation summary

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The set up of the condo was great for our family. Kitchen was stocked pretty well. My complaints were the dirty carpet going up the stairs and the air conditioner on both levels. There was obviously a known problem upstairs due to the fact there were stand up fans in the closets. The mattresses needed to be replaced. Great location and other furniture were good. We had a great time

Family Time

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. One day we stayed in because of the tropical storm. The rest of the time was awesome. We have stayed here 3 times. My only complaint is that we can only have 2 parking passes. I think that if you rent a 3 bedroom you should have 3 car passes. It is just not nice to have a third car parked across the highway. Should at least have a place for a third car to park within Palmetto Dunes. I would think they could do better than that. The number of bedrooms should be the number of car passes.

Amazing location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at 704 Queens Grant. The condo was perfectly located walking distance to the tennis/pickleball center, driving range and general store. The back patio had awesome views of golf. Parking was a bit of an issue - we had one car and several nights returned to find no spaces in our area. We figured out that there was some overflow parking across the lagoon - but were never given a heads up that this could be an issue. The actual condo could have used a little updating - but the layout and overall functionality of the space was great!

Comfortable stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With the exception of a few small things our stay was very comfortable. Palmetto dunes is beautiful and centrally located. Staff was very friendly and helpful, our unit could use a few minor improvements but when brought to management attention, they were very open to communication. Overall this was an amazing stay!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very pleasant. Staff at sign in lovely and helpful. Received a call on ride from Atlanta when all 3 units were ready for check-in..a first for us! All-in-all very satisfied. Few flaws: Back porch not cleaned; grill uncleaned and not usable; not one pot in kitchen (called front desk and within fifteen minutes a full set cutting board. No mirror in bedroom...a first!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Size of villa is great and clean. Loved the deck. Staff was not friendly at check in. Longer walk to the beach than expected. Pool needed to be cleaned more often. Grass was cut on the practice green at 5:55 am 2 mornings. That seems excessively early for a resort area. Understand that’s not the owners fault, but the golf course should be told. We love dogs, but they were noisy and running all over.

Perfect staycation

Good time

Also there was misinformation shared about a third car which caused issues. So rental good but Palmetto employees aren’t on the same page.

Love visiting Palmetto Dunes

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is so easy to rent, communicate, check in and check out. Palmetto Dunes has this process down! We love staying there and playing tennis. Their transportation to the nearby malls is so helpful. The landscaping, and overall atmosphere feels peaceful. The tennis clinics are awesome!
