Wake up to ocean views and sunrises in this brand-new, custom-built 6-bedroom sanctuary on Bald Head Island. Designed with a reverse floor plan to maximize coastal panoramas. This home feels like a designer showcaseâevery detail curated with premium finishes, coastal charm, and effortless elegance.
Six spacious bedrooms are available, with five in the main house and one versatile room featuring a daybed and trundle, perfect for use as a den, lounge, video games, or an additional sleeping area. A private crofter suite with a queen bed is located adjacent to the house. The main home boasts two luxurious primary suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, one on the main living level and one on the entry level for easy access. The second floor features an open-concept living area and a large, comfortable deck with seating, a table, and lounge chairs. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and quartz countertops, complemented by a wet bar framed by shiplap and bead board accent walls. Throughout the home, modern baths feature floor-to-ceiling tile and stone, frameless glass shower doors, and quartz vanities.
