Cute and convenient

Close to shopping and restaurants as well as convenient to attractions. A little wear and tear on the carpeting but nicely decorated. The townhouse is fairly new in a very nice area. Very comfortable for a family or small group. Owner is very responsive.

Great location to everything!

My stay was great and safe. Very Spacious. Your also near a Publix, Ross, TJ Max, and Walmart etc. It's an amazing location. I would rebook!

Group Conference Stay

Our group of 3 families stayed here while attending a conference and then a few days @ Disney! This house was perfect for what we needed...and the price was GREAT! Roomy yet kept us together. And the location was super convenient to both work and fun! Enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone!

A very nice place

This was a nice place to stay while visiting the Orlando area. The only difficulty we had was that 1 toilet was broken and it took 4 days to get it fixed (the next day we left). I'm not sure why it took so long - perhaps they didn't want to come in if no one was there and we were out doing things most every day.

Exactly like the description!

Very new and clean unit -- plenty of space for our group of 6. A little bit sparse on cooking supplies but nothing we couldn't work around. Highly recommended!

Birthday Long Weekend!!!

We needed someplace for 8 adults. It was clean, comfortable and well located for our needs. The open living, dining and kitchen was a good gathering place with adequate seating. There is a nice community pool on grounds but units with their own small pools are also available. Despite rules for no on street parking, many other units did it making driving in and out difficult but not impossible. Close to supermarkets and shops. Variety of dining options not far. 20-35 minutes to parks depending on congestion. Extremely reasonably priced for amenities and location.

Overall everything was great. My GPS could only get me to the front gate though and it was difficult to find my street/unit. I did not arrive until 11:00PM so harder in the dark. Directions from the gate would have been helpful.

The mattress’ were more like box springs, had an awful smell, just over all not “clean”. I will wait until my emails go answered before leaving more of a detailed review.

Over heated

Two nights the AC wasn’t working properly and the home was over 81 degrees. Non of the bedrooms have ceiling fans so there was no help. Asked for box fans to aid in the discomfort but received no response until the next day during normal business hours. Have not received or been notified of any compensation for the discomfort.

bad checking in process

property is fine, but i clean the place but left 3 empty cardboard box of beer cans. and i was charge $60 for excessive over flow of trash. i think that is unfair. checking in process was horrible. i was sent email, to verification on checking in but instruction were not complete, and the people that were the contact for verification were not friendly and rude. bad customer service and since they are getting pay not enough they seem not to care on the company and service they are providing, i could go on but next time i rent, i will not rent from this company.

Great space. Great price.

Unit: Super spacious property with enough room to sleep 5 "adults" comfortably: My wife and I, plus my 2 young adult kids (18 & 20) and my nephew (20). Having 3 full bathrooms was amazing. No fighting to use bathroom in the mornings like you would at a regular hotel. Living room and kitchen are plenty large. We were able to easily host 4 additional adult family members for lunch/dinner with space to spare. Nice updated furniture in all rooms. Only negative: The unit itself has some wear and tear (carpet stain, cracked bedroom door, etc.) Lots of cars parked in the street make it difficult to drive through neighborhood. But nothing major that would make you reconsider your choice to stay here. Location: Gated community centrally located near theme parks. Easy access to toll roads. Walmart less than 1/2 mile down the road along with plenty of great restaurants. Check in/out: Super easy. All online or via text. Ran into a small issue during check in with some conflicting guidance from management company. However, I sent them an email asking for clarification and they responded immediately and corrected the issue quickly. Communication: Management company was constantly in touch via text and email before, during, and after our stay. Gave us peace of mind that they would quickly resolve any issues that may have arised. Overall: Would definitely stay here again if traveling with large group to Orlando. Unit is well worth the price we paid.

Misleading advertisement (pricing)

I will try to be as objective as possible despite my bad experience with these people. The place was OK. Not the best neighborhood but if what you want is to be close the the parks, then the location has good access within 20 min to all the parks. Our plan was to be closer to our family who live by the Lake Nona area but we decided to stay at this place as prices were “better”. To my surprise, the price these people advertise on VRBO, and the price I agreed to pay when I booked the property, was not the same price they charged. Their excuse is that the did not include taxes but that’s just an excuse as the breakdown included absolutely everything. Once I booked through VRBO, who are useless as well, they requested my CC info and started making charges without my consent. I have copies of the price I closed with VRBO and the charges made to my CC. Had I known they were coming up with these hidden charges, I would have stayed closer to where I wanted to stay where prices were close to what it needed up costing me. Regarding the property, they have the cheapest mattresses and pillows. Towels are the cheapest ones from IKEA. Also, they sent me an email the last day of my stay asking me to wash the towels for them (with my soap after they overcharged me). We returned the property in PERFECT condition and completely cleaned. My wife cleaned the floors, washed the dishes and place all the used towels in each bathroom. We were charged for for the towels we didn’t washed.. unacceptabl

Centrally located; Questionable on-site property management

Pros: Centrally located Easy to get to attractions Less than a mile to grocery store Neighborhood amenities (pool, playground) were a nice way to relax between park days Negatives - check in. I have rented over a dozen properties on VRBO. This is the 1st time an on-site management company required a photograph of the front and back of my credit card. I expect all billing to go thru VRBO and found this check in process alarming. The independent property management company required this CC info texted to their company’s messaging center where multiple staff at that company could see the messages. They refused to send the door code to the rental until this information was submitted, even though I had paid in full for the stay. Recommend the property owner review their property manager’s procedures and ensure they comply with VRBO expectations. - Basic with few Extra Touches. Towels are included in the rental; no wash clothes or pool towels. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. A gas grill is available at extra cost. There was a Publix and Walgreens nearby so we could buy paper plates, dishwasher detergent, etc. - Communication. During the stay, my toddler broke a decorative mirror. I texted a photo to the property management office during the stay and they quickly acknowledged the message. Two weeks after the stay, I don’t know the cost associated with this.

4BR Resort Near Disney Compass Bay 5147

This was a very good property for our needs. Nice unit, well equipped, had everything needed. Lot's of room, plenty of sleeping, 3 1/2 baths. Great location, close to Disney and lots of restaurants / shopping. Only downside, the upstairs was carpeted but the carpet was worn and looked dirty in some places. Overall, I do this again.
