Overall ok...

What was good: The place was clean, organized, and presented well. Would be a great place for a family to stay. Communication before was good, during was quick but not quite as helpful, and post was good. Not so ok. We stayed for 4 night. A smoke detector was beeping in the bedroom/hallway for 3 of the 4 nights. We contacted one of the numbers they were quick to respond and said they sent someone to change the batteries, but the next night another beeping detector. Again quick to respond but still no resolution. The weird thing is; it beeped at night but for some reason in the AM it would not beep?! I took a video two of the nights as proof it was beeping. Again they were great about responding, issue wasn't resolved. My only other comment would be they seemed pretty strict about clean up and plan to hit you with a $80 fee if you left anything they had to clean up outside the normal. They expect you to take all garbages out even through you get charged a cleaning fee, and they have a cleaning person come to clean the place. At the end of our stay (most likely automation) they kept hammering us with reminders to check out as well as e-mails for reviewing the property. So I am. Finally, they only provided 2 garbage bags, a small amount of dishwashing soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I understand things are tight, but it comes across as not very hospitable.

My 🥳 birthday kickback

The townhome in general was fine for what we rented it for if, I was an average guest. I have been renting homes for over 20 years; before AB&B stepped on the scene & saturated the market. I own a VIP concierge service and I am, and have been, a certified OCD Neat Freak and germaphobe my whole adult life. I am 53!! I hate anyone’s hair in the shower with me. There was hair in 2 of the bathroom stalls. The floors in the restrooms had not been swept and mopped with vigor before we arrived. I personally recleaned the restrooms again after I took dampened tissue paper and wiped up hair and dirt around my master bathroom floor. It was disgusting. The kitchen had the bare minimum cooking supplies. No bowls or Tupperware. The garbage only had the one garbage bag and the master restrooms had 1 regulars towel and 1 hand towel each. We did find 2 regular towels in one of the rooms. We had to buy wash cloths and a couple towels, garbage bags and some bowls to cook and store food. My expectations maybe higher then most because I have been renting vacation homes so long. All in all we made the best of it.

Great place to stay!

Exactly as pictured! Only issue was the ice maker did not work and there was not a charger for the playstation controllers. We did have to replace the battery in one of the smoke alarms due to no one responding back to me about this issue. Overall this was a great property and we definitely stay there again!

Clean and well kept.

The unit was great overall! The pictures provided were spot on. The only downside was the tv's located in the bedrooms wouldnt connect and the management company didnt respond to my request. Aside from that the subdivision and unit were wonderful overall. We had friends of ours stay in another unit while we were there which wasnt as nice

Spacious, Clean, Close to Orlando Attractions

I stayed here with 3 of my friends for a 5-day Disney & Universal vacation. This place is great! The house was impeccably clean, tidy, and the style is welcoming. Plenty of closet space for all of our things and then some. The kitchen/dining/living area is bright and open, perfect for a family or group of friends to gather and be merry! The garage has been converted to a game room with Foosball, a PlayStation, and air hockey! The check-in/-out process was a breeze and the communication from the management team was excellent. I would absolutely stay at this residence again in the future!

Customer Service Was Not Good

Condo was very clean and nice- things we can all appreciate it. The only negative experience was the customer service. It sometimes took the entire day to hear back from someone. The directions were never exactly clear on what documents they needed for check-in, even when I asked them repeatedly and they continued to give me the same answer. Totally would have given five stars if the customer service was better.

It was a beautiful place for a very good price

My family loved the place and the kids there had very much fun with the game room. There was also Spanish channels which was a huge plus. Overall I really would recommend this place.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

When we arrived the house was beautiful! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 7. Because we planned our Disney trip so quickly within two weeks, I did not read over the fact that they do not supply washcloths due to hygiene. We did not bring extra washcloths, so we had to go purchase some. Also, the washing machine was pretty hard to hook up bc the water line was disconnected & when my husband tried to connect, there is a zip tie in the way, making it extremely hard to get it connected to do laundry. We finally got it though. The dryer is not vented into the floor or outside of the house, so all the heat comes back into the hallway. For some reason it would not dry all our towels, so I just hung them all up to dry. Other than that, everything else was perfect! It was in great condition, comfortable, & beautiful decor.
