Compass Bay is a resort style gated community strategically located on Poinciana Blvd. with easy access to major highways such as I4, I-Drive, US192, Central Florida Greeneway, and SR535. The community offers two playgrounds and picnic areas with BBQ, and a climatized pool.
Perfect for all those looking to enjoy the Kissimmee/Orlando area with its restaurants, shoppings malls, and all the fun within the famous theme parks of Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld.
This elegantly appointed two-story townhome is the ideal option for families or business travelers where up to 9 guests can be comfortably accommodated in its rooms.
On the lower floor guests can find an open-space where accents of ocean blues and immaculate whites define the living/dining area with a modern kitchen. There is a private backyard with outdoor furniture where guests can relax after having fun at the attractions that Orlando has to offer. But not all the fun has to finish when you come back to the house, you can still have more fun in the magnificent game room converted garage! A half-bathroom can also be found in this floor.
On the upper level, up to 8 guests are invited to relax in its four tastefully decorated rooms. Master Bedroom w KingSize bed with ensuite bathroom , Bedroom w QueenSize bed en-suite bathroom and two TwinSize beds in each of the other two bedrooms that can share a bathroom with walk-in shower. Along this hallway guests will find the Washer/Dryer area.

💡 Important Info for Your Stay:
We require a refundable damage deposit of $200, which will be processed 2 days before your check-in date. No need to worry—this amount is fully refundable within 3 business days after checkout, as long as there are no damages or policy violations during your stay.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

These facilities are typically within walking distance from our vacation home. Please refer to the resort map or inquire at the resort's front desk for specific locations and operating hours.
3. Local Transportation Services: if you prefer to explore the surrounding area or visit nearby attractions without driving, there are several transportation options available:
- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.
- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.
- Public Transportation: The public transportation options in the area may vary. We recommend checking with the resort's front desk or conducting a quick online search to find out about bus routes, schedules, and fares, if available.
4. Rental Cars:

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!
✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.
✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
