Experience the best of Seattle with a stay in our fully remodeled home, nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Take a leisurely stroll to the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop, explore lakeside restaurants with city-scape views, and enjoy easy access to the shops, cafés and restaurants of 45th Street, Gas Works Park, public transit, UW and downtown.
The unit has three levels, containing 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, private backyard and is about 2540 sqft.
**Floor Plan**
âą Main Floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms.
âą Lower Floor: Kitchen, living room with a queen sofa bed, one bedroom with a queen mattress, one bathroom, and a laundry room.
âą Second Floor: Finished attic with additional space for activities (no heating or cooling).

âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
âą The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
âą We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterdayâs pricing.
âą Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; $50/night pet fee charge will be calculated and please select the pet fee add on during check out.
**House Rules**
âą This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
