Ingenting att ta med till detta fritidshus, utom dina kläder! Detta är ett mycket välskött 3 sovrum, 2 badrumsranch (med extra utomhus cedardusch). Vi är bara 5 kvarter till stranden (Spring Lake Beach South Pavillon och Sea Girt). Vardagsrum, häll, stort matkök (fullt lager!), ett sidodäck och en stor gård med gott om sittplatser utomhus; och mer! Gott om utrymme att koppla av och underhålla. Centrala A / C. Spring Lake är ett exklusivt semestersamhälle i södra Monmouth County med stora sandstränder och en 3 mil strandpromenad. En lugn stad men nära alla sommarens attraktioner. Monmouth County är hem för några av de bästa offentliga golfbanorna i Amerika. Bara 20 minuter till Six Flags Great Adventure och en timme till Atlantic City. Vi är också i närheten NYC tågtransport. (Spring Lake järnvägsstation ligger mindre än 1 mil från huset!)

Christmas Stay

My family and I were all coming from different areas and decided to use this as our base for Christmas and it worked out perfectly. Spring Lake is a great town and the downtown is walkable (if not a 3 minute drive) and the beach is too (didn’t do this as much given it’s winter). The house was very clean, had all the amenities we could think of, and was well decorated. Scott was so easy to communicate with and answered all pf our questions, gave helpful tips, and even decorated the house for the holidays which was a nice surprise. My mom is also older and is recovering from a surgery so having something accessible was important and she had no trouble at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Best vacation EVER!!!

The house location was amazing with it only being 5 blocks away from the beach and being able to use the lockers at the Spring Lake boardwalk was perfect. We left all the chais and umbrellas in the locker every night after the beach. So easy! If i could leave a better rating i would. Scott was a perfect host!

Great Beach Rental

This charming house had everything we needed, was comfortable and just a short bike ride to the beach. Lovely outdoor spaces made it even better. Scott was a fantastic host and was super available whenever we needed anything or had questions. Although it is right next to the train tracks it was not an issue at all. I would highly recommend this house!

spring lake holiday

week with family in Spring Lakes. Ate home every night with large outdoor dining table. Outdoor shower was super. House functioned every well for our group. Beach club with cabana full of everything needed for day at beach, salt water pools , and beach passes was a great asset for visit. first time in Spring Lakes and we will be back.

Beach House was a Hit!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean and we'll equipprd! It worked well for 6 of us, including 2 young grandaughters, who loved counting the train cars! We were able to celebrate a birthday with extended family. Hope to go back next year.

Cozy with everything your family needs!

This house is immaculate! Everything is clean and labeled and orderly and it made me feel so relaxed in these COVID times. It also has that charming shore house feel with thoughtful decorations that you’d find at a boutique. Whenever we thought of something we should have brought we checked the garage and there it was (high chair, beach toys, umbrellas, etc)! The outdoor space is very spacious and has a huge table for outdoor dining upwards of 12 people, with a grill for the fish you catch and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for sundowners. The only real negative of this clean, comfortable, and cared for home that is just a 13 minute walk to the beach (past a very pretty lake) and a few blocks from the store for whatever you’ll need is that it’s immediately alongside the railroad. My toddler loved the train passing, but the grandparents did not. All in all, the extremely helpful and gracious owner, distance to the beach, beautiful outdoor space, and general ambiance of the home will still have me coming back next year! Thank you Scott for a lovely stay!

Spring Lake summer rental

Towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats, and dishes very clean! Pots, pans, dishes, serving dishes in great condition. Outside sitting area is very cozy.

Very nice home in a beautiful area

We rented this house for a long weekend in September and thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay. We were in Spring Lake for the first time for a family wedding, so really didn't know the area at all. The house was conveniently located to everything we needed, and was well furnished, supplied and very comfortable for my family of 6. One caution for renters thinking this is a 'beach house', as the name indicates. The property is several blocks from the beach. However, the beach was only a short drive away, and the price of the rental was very reasonable for amenities and location.

Terrific Home in perfect location!! Must rent!

My family and I came to Spring Lake from Southern California to visit our family. This home was absolutely stunning and really made us feel like we were at the beach. There was plenty of room for all and it was exactly what our family needed. The yard is landscaped beautifully and there is so much outside real estate to entertain and relax, while grilling or sitting next to the fire pit all night long. The house was located just a short distance to the beach along with plenty of local restaurants and eateries. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor shower and riding bikes up and down the boardwalk each morning before going to the beach and also utilizing the pool at the pavilion. The owner was so pleasant to work with and it is obvious he takes great pride in the home. We had a great vacation and are planning to come back to visit next summer! Highly recommend this property to families!

We had a fantastic stay at this well appointed home. Every detail was attended to, and the location was super convenient to both the beach and the quaint town of Spring Lake. The kids loved being able to play in the yard after a long day, while the adults were equally happy to kick back and relax. The owners were a true pleasure to work with. Great Find

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. The house was decorated beautifully, and is very well kept. Although the house was close to the train, it did not interfere with our visit at all. The location is great to both the beach and downtown Spring Lake. Beach badges are provided by the owners, which makes a trip to the beach a snap. We highly recommend this property for families. Enjoy your stay.

Perfect location, great ammenities!

What a great house! We loved the proximity to the beach and to town. It was super convenient. The house was very clean upon our arrival and was fully stocked with all the essentials for a great week at the shore. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. We enjoyed the outdoor space and grilled out every night. The pool passes were a great addition and offered us flexibility. From our first interaction the owners were very responsive and professional. Spring Lake offers fantastic beaches and the house is an easy walk to enjoy them. The only downside was that our blissful week eventually came to an end. We hope to be back next summer.

Great House for a week with Family at the Shore!

We stayed with family for a week in June and had a fantastic time. The beach is close enough to walk and we thoroughly enjoyed grilling outdoors and relaxing. The house is very clean and had everything we could need and more for cooking which was great. The owners were really easy to work with, seemed very professional in all our dealings and were very responsive in getting back to us. We are looking forward to staying again next summer.

The owners have done a fabulous job in ensuring this house has all that you need for a week at the beach...newly done wood floors!! Great bbq and yard for enjoying meals outside, showering! Very Clean (which is key for me)...convenient to the beach, shops, walks on the boardwalk, etc!! We have rented many houses in many towns...and this beach house far exceeds others. Nice, Comfortable House, but Across from Noisy Train

This house is very comfortable and has been well maintained. The owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. We enjoyed our time there and liked eating at the table outside. It also has a nice outdoor shower. The house, however, is on Railroad Avenue with the trains starting at about 6:00 AM and going through to about 2:00 AM about every 30 to 60 minutes. There is no barrier from the train and it is rather noisy, so please take this into account if you are a light sleeper. If the very close proximity of the train does not bother you, this is a nice choice.

great family vacation.

We had such a wonderful family vacation here in spring lake. The house was well equipt with all we could possibly need. The house is so cozy, and everything was in walking distance.The park,ice cream palor, shopping.,lake,etc. The town has wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches.If you don't want to go to the beach, you can go to the salt water pool! There is even a locker by the pool to leave all your beach things! See you in the summer.

great place in a great area. has all the ammenidies, i loved the yard, we had a great barbaque. the road in front of the house is rarely traveled and it was great for my 8 and 11 year old to ride bikes without any worries. i would highly recomend this home to a family with small kids, felt very safe

our spring lake vacation

My entire family spent our summer vacation at this charming beach house in spring lake. We were told not to bring a thing except our clothes and food. And he was right. They had everything we needed. From toys to all your cooking supplies and accessories for a party or family bbq. They had it all. So clean and beautifully decorated. I used to have to bring my own sheets knives, everything but the kitchen sink and we always forgot something. This time we wanted for nothing. How nice for once. The beaches are beautiful. They even have a pool. The town so quaint and picturesque. Great shops restauraunts and things for the kids to enjoy. You can walk to go fishing, to a park, go for ice cream, even to a bar or out for a bite . The boardwalk is nice and close too. The kids loved it! This place has a little of everything. Not just a beachouse a cozy home away from home. See you next year.

Wished we could stay longer!!!!!!!!!!

We rented the house for a week. It was a great. We wish we could have stayed all month! There was everything we needed and more. After a day on the beach, our kids loved the board games and played wiffle ball at the park across the street. We would highly recommend this house to anyone going to the Jersey Shore. The house was very clean and well equipped. The owner's provided everything they promised. We had a great vacation and plan to return next summer!

Very Disappointing

We just returned from our rental, and were very disappointed. The house literally fronts (about ten yards from) an active New Jersey Transit line, with no barrier between it and the front yard (which is stone, not grass). We have three small children, and were mortally afraid for their safety. About every 20 minutes during the day (and frequently at night too) a train passes and shakes the house. The house is also about 25 yards from a train crossing, so as the trains approach they loudly sound their whistle, and the traffic arm comes down with loud bells and flashing lights. This goes on all times of day and night . Needless to say, it was hardly the "Fabulous Beach House" we were expecting. The house was disappointing in many other ways as well. The carpets are stained and dirty looking, and it is very dark. It is also far from the beach (it may be five blocks away, but it requires a car and parking near the beach is very difficult). Again, not what we were expecting in a beach house. Overall, a very, very disappointing experience.
