This spacious Old Town Winter Park condo boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, complete with a well appointed kitchen, 2 gas fireplaces, 2 decks, and in unit washer/dryer. The open living room features a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy your own personal jetted bathtub and fireplace in the primary bedroom after a long day on the slopes! Guests can also treat their sore muscles with community amenities like a large hot tub and sauna. The 2 decks overlook the mountains of the resort for great people watching, and one has your own grill with outdoor seating.
The condo is right on the Fraser River which can be enjoyed in the warmer months, and is close to the Trestle Bike Park and the Fraser River Trail which leads you straight into town. We are an easy 10 minute walk from the Winter Park Gondola, or there is a bus stop directly across the street for your convenience. Getting into town is simple, either by multiple bus routes or a 5 minute drive. If you don't feel like going into town, the Winter Park village has lots of walkable options for food, drinks, and shopping. Come experience a relaxing stay at our place. One of us has been in Colorado for almost 40 years, and the other is coming up on 4 years by way of Texas. We are based about an hour and a half away in Denver but we love to come to Winter Park for snowboarding in the winter and camping/biking in the summer. Winter Park and the surrounding area has a LOT to offer for those who love nature!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We thought Old Town was the best of both worlds- we can easily walk to the mountain to snowboard, or ride the gondola up in the summer and bike/hike down. It's only a 5 minute drive from Winter Park so nothing feels inconvenient. The Fraser River Trail is right across the highway and connects everything between the mountain and the neighboring town of Tabernash so there is an abundance of things to do. Watching people ski down the mountain while staring at the mountains is good food for the soul.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This property is new for us as well. We just moved in at the end of 2025 so we are learning it just like you will be. We loved the way everything was updated and renovated, and it's clear it was well taken care of before we arrived. We are very excited to enjoy lounging by the river when the weather warms up again. As someone who has used short term rentals quite a bit over the last decade, we felt like this one checked a lot of boxes we would be looking for if we were trying to find the right place to relax.
