This quintessential 1970s beach cottage features four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and sleeping space for up to 11 guests, making it ideal for families or groups seeking an authentic coastal Maine getaway. Enjoy the charm of its original design, paired with the comforts of a well-loved and thoughtfully maintained home.
Perched beside the Gooch’s Beach breakwater, you’ll have a front-row seat as fishing boats, sailboats, and impressive yachts glide along the Kennebunk River. Wake up to breathtaking sunrises, wind down with glowing sunsets, and soak in panoramic views from nearly every room.
From its unbeatable location to its nostalgic charm, Sunrise Shores delivers the timeless beachfront cottage experience you’ve been dreaming of.
With unbeatable beach access, a welcoming porch, and walkable convenience to downtown Kennebunk and Kennebunkport, this is a truly special place for those who appreciate history, simplicity, and the natural beauty of Maine’s southern coast.

• Linens provided for the King (1), Queen (1), Full-size/Doubles (3) & twin-size beds (1).
• Towels and beach towels are always fresh.
• We have plenty of pillows to choose from.
• Kitchen with all necessary meal preparation equipment and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy.
• Washer, dryer, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available.
• Internet and Smart TVs are available for your convenience when logging into your accounts.
• Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and cooler provided.
• Pack 'n' Play upon request, sheet not included.
This space is specifically stocked to accommodate overnight guests.
